Placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up. I was ignored by everyone. Finally, someone talks to me and tells me I need to know the ticket number. I did not know it, so I tell him what I ordered. This guy disappears and never comes back. Meanwhile, four different people came to front looked at me and then ignored me.

Laziness stopping greatness can you get a frozen margarita but you can make a daiquiri that’s blended? Plus the year before we literally got the exact same drink blended. She was just being lazy.

Food was good, service could have been better but not terrible.
My food was cold. Everything tasted really bland except salsa was ok. My granddaughter ordered a fajita taco salad, it tasted terrible and was extremely watery. The guacamole was awful, runny and barely any in the bowl. We told our waiter, she barely touched it, still made me pay for it! Not sure why anyone likes this place or why it was so crowded. Happened 10/19/24 around 730 pm. Ugh! Will not go back. Would have rated less than 1 star if that was an option. Just gross!!!!!
