We come up to cherokee once in 3 months always wanted to try this place. Service is horrible is just the beginning. We waited over 45 mins for our food. Then here comes the food burnt hush puppies wings are horrible burnt as well. I seriously was very upset after we gave this place 70.00 that was not worth any penny. I wanted to leave a note on the napkin and leave my husband wouldn't let me im telling you it was a big disappointment and we will not be returning to support such a horrible buisness.

Did an online order. Wasn’t right when I got home. Got wings instead of the loaded French fries in one container. No bbq sauce was given. Pulled pork wasn’t pulled. Sliced and vey salty.

Mason was our server and we just loved her. My husband got the half chicken and I got the pulled pork. Everything was hot and delicious. We were seated on the back porch overlooking the creek. I would definitely recommend eating there.

Amazing local spot! Kiddo approved menu as well. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

I hit the jackpot while looking for a peaceful place for lunch with my little dog in Maggie Valley! Very kind & gracious staff. Lex was wonderful. The atmosphere was so peaceful and serene with the creek running by on the outside porch. My fried catfish and hush puppies collards and okra were just like my mom used to make. Delicious!

Great bbq!

We had a really bad experience when we visited last week. We came in the evening and ordered food and drinks. We waited 40 minutes, and our food did not arrive. We asked the waitress when our food would be ready. She said she would check. A few minutes later she came back and told us that our food was not even being cooked yet and they were out of chicken. When I asked her why no one told us, she just said no one in the back kitchen talks with her and they have two new cooks. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no one was there. What a horrible experience. She even ended up charging us for our 2 sodas despite all of this hassle.

Very good flavor on everything across the board. I’m a low country South Carolina boy. The vinegar sauce is my favorite.

pulled pork sandwiches are awful. I got dried out burnt pieces. couldn't eat it. best thing was the onion rings. however we won't be going back.

Don't think it gets better then this! The pork, collards, homemade BBQ sauces. This place is SO good

We arrived for dinner at this restaurant at 515pm on a Sunday and there were maybe two other tables of other patrons at the time. We did not receive our food for close to an hour. Our waitress was very attentive and kept apologizing but having to wait that long for food is crazy. Additionally, it was so cold in the dining room that all of us had on our hats and coats for the whole meal. The food was decent when we finally got it (though some of the items were not hot). We will not return.

By far, in all my 45 years the best hamburger I have ever had . It seemed like it just melted in my mouth. Absolutely gonna revisit here.The barbecue was great my husband says.

Today we came in and the server carol was PHENOMENAL and the woman cook did amazing on our food great presentation and even said hi to us when we were walking by so amazing atmosphere! Great music. Our kids loved their food which is rare!
10000/10 would come here again ! If you go here get carol as your server she will definitely take care of you!

Kid-friendliness: They put my sons burger toppings on the side without even asking and that’s amazing considering my son decided no to the tomato!
