Nothing really stands out for me while I was here. It was quite and the rooms were nice
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok if a little old and dated. The attached restaurant was great and food was amazing. Would stop here again if I needed to.
Great food, clean rooms and even a carport to protect your motorcycle!!
Insecure & sewer gas due to improper sink install.
The place is not very secure. Anyone from off of the street could walk in any of the unlocked doors to any room 24/7. Most places require you to walk in through the lobby after hours if not 24/7. The security lock was broken off of the door (see photo).
The bathroom was horrible due to sewer gas leaking into the bathroom because the person that installed the sink had no clue what they were doing and didn't install a pee trap to block the sewer gas (see photo). When we told the front desk they didn't seem to care at all and acted like it was a common regular problem.
I should have read the reviewed before staying here. I just read the reviews and several other people have obviously complained about the sewer gas. They must have had the cheapest unqualified person install all of their sinks.
This is not code complaint.
My wife and I were impressed with a very nice lady named Taya at the front desk. She was very helpful and pleasant. This was a great hotel and will be our first choice during our stays in Maggie Valley. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
Clean room. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Delicious Mexican Food. Will be back
Prices aren’t horrible but the service is definitely lacking. I waited for almost 30 minutes to try to check out. No one was at the front desk. Another couple came in trying to check in. They got frustrated too and left. I got to the point I left and called in later to let them know I left.
Very nice stay. I wish I had realized that they had a Mexican restaurant attached. Loved the funky lobby.
Having covered parking for motorcycles was next level.
Had a pleasant stay and the usual still breakfast
We had a one night stay while on a motorcycle trip with 20 friends. It was conveniently located. The rooms were newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly. It was conveniently located next to a gas station and it had its own Mexican restaurant, which was also good.
We had a good experience and would stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and better than I expected!
Travel for 1 week stayed at a diffrent place every night and hands down this was the cleanest and nicest hotel we stayed at.
No carpet in room was a great positive!!!
No pool, no elevator, bathroom toilet was installed wrong and strong sewage smell in the room. Breakfast sub par and coffee was weak. Heavy construction at intersection. We had trouble checking in because the front desk person couldn’t login. Not as advertised.
Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant in hotel.
Complimentary breakfast.
Rooms smell like dog. Feet turned black from room dirty floors. Pool was closed in June—they could have told us when we booked. Hallways are painted black to hide the dirt. Hallway rugs are gross. Mexican restaurant is also where you have breakfast—which sucked—cold mushy eggs. Stay far from this place!
