Best coffee in NC. Beats Starwhoever hands down. We love the owner. She makes you feel like you're her only customer!

Best coffee & donuts in the Valley. Love coming back everytime we’re here! Highly recommend. Plus there’s tons of options for those who are sugar free 😊

So, we were there several weeks ago, and there was two customers ahead of us. Very talkative and couldn't make her mind up on what coffee to have and on to the donuts, again went back and forth for suggestions. I waited twenty minutes and was getting ready to leave , when the barista ask if she would let the others behind her place an order while she made up her mind. The coffee was excellent, but I thought as a business owner my self she should have ask customer/friend to step aside while she talked and made up her mind.

I met my high school sweetheart at the coffee shop after 46 years. We hit it off and are planning a life together. We will always have a special place in our hearts for Sippers and will always go back every time we are in Maggie Valley. Also they have the best coffee and mocha cappuccino you ever tasted. We love this coffee shop.

From the moment you walk into Sippers in the Valley, you're greeted with an energy that's both bustling and incredibly welcoming. The first thing you'll notice? The line. Yes, it can be long, but trust me, it’s a testament to how good this place is, and it moves faster than you’d expect. Don't let it deter you—the coffee, and the experience, are absolutely worth the wait.
The baristas here are in a league of their own. They're not just making drinks; they're crafting an experience with a smile and a genuine passion for what they do. Watching them work is like watching a performance—they're incredibly cool, efficient, and they handle the rush with an impressive, calm confidence.
I'm a bit of a mocha connoisseur, and my Mocha latte was divine. Rich, perfectly balanced, and exactly the kind of warm, chocolatey hug I was looking for. But the real star of our visit was my wife's order: a decaf London Fog. This is one of those drinks that's notoriously hard to get right, and finding a decaf version is like finding a unicorn. Sippers didn't just have it; they made it perfectly. The flavor was spot-on, and it was a delightful surprise that truly made her day.
Sippers in the Valley is more than just a coffee shop—it's a destination. The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff is top-notch, and the drinks are spectacular. If you're in the area and have a few minutes to spare, do yourself a favor and get in line. You won't regret it.

We went in for the first time this morning on yet another trip to one of our favorite towns! The barista behind the counter was amazing! So helpful and sweet and full of energy. The type that really makes a place feel so welcoming and you instantly feel comfortable!! The coffee was delicious and each of my children got a hot chocolate as well as my husband (strawberries and cream, white chocolate, and toasted marshmallow flavors) and they all said it was the best they’ve ever had. The donuts were to die for!! We will definitely be back!

96% recommendation??? No, those 4% are cuckoo… My girl-friends and I were in Maggie Valley a couple weeks ago for a girls trip when a couple of us needed a pick me up. We are so glad we did. This place is amazing starting with the signs all over the walls. We loved them. Then it was the drinks; they were phenomenal. But most importantly, the barista was the best ever. Her personality was contagious and I wanted to pack her up and carry her around with me because we all need a constant dose of what she serves and I don’t mean just the drinks!!! 20/10 highly recommend!!!

This was our 2nd weekend trip stopping in (would have been our 3rd but they were closed last year when we stopped by 😔). I think weve stopped in atleast 4 or 5 timed now. The barista is always super friendly and helpful if you're not quite sure what you want. Everything we've tried has been amazing! I'm always impressed with her memory when it comes to returning people and their orders! Already looking forward to stopping in on our next trip up!

Stopped in today while shopping. Got a drink and donuts. The owner was a lovely person with such a great personality that I’d go back just for that. Everything was delicious!!!!

Best hidden gem coffee shop EVER. We were disappointed to discover on waking up back at home in GA that we couldn't go for a coffee & chat at Sippers like we did every morning of our trip to Maggie Valley. Amber is hands down one of the most personable, friendly, and coolest baristas you'll ever meet. Don't skip out on one of her donuts to go with your coffee (the Biscoff buttercream is ahhhhmazing)! HIGHLY recommend Sippers if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back every time we visit!

This was HANDS DOWN the best coffee shop I’ve been to. The owner/barista was so personable from the minute we got there. As a diabetic it’s hard to find flavorful coffee drinks that are sugar free but the variety here was insane! The Reese pieces inspired latte was so good that I’ve considered getting up 4 hours early just to drive from East Tennessee to Maggie Valley every day before work! 🤣 Cannot wait to go back and try the other drinks!! 200/10
