Our family ordered via Door Dash and order was confirmed. I received messages that it was on the way with the minutes counting down. One hour and 20 minutes later, received the message Snappy's could not fulfill order. No warning earlier so we could reorder more timely!! UNACCEPTABLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Yiu should have fulfilled the order since it was confirmed even if closing early!!!! Still have hungry children and family and now has to start over and wait another 45 minutes!! Never ordering from you again!!!!!!!!

We waited 1 1/2 hours for a pizza including 25 minutes in the waiting area. During the 25 minutes the owner came out with two large trays of delicious bread sticks and offered everyone refreshments. It took an hour to get our pizza after being seated. All were apologetic, including the owner, about the wait and told us there were only 2 woman waitressing. The thing we don't understand is there was a table of 6 and a table of 4 (the people that were waiting in the outside area with us) eating and no one else but us. The waitress felt so bad and explained our pizza fell on the floor and had to make another one?? We really think they forgot to put the order in. In the end, they gave us our second beer and wine free and took 25% off the bill. They were all so sweet you couldn't get mad but waiting 1 hour for a pie was a little much. So, in the end, give them a chance. It might have been a bad day for them AND the pizza was delicious!

Our meal was amazing at Snappy’s. Husband got the Italian Meatloaf and Lasagne for me. What you see in the picture is our portions we could not eat on a large to-go box. Next time we will definitely split an entree.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes to get a table but was well worth it. They were short staffed and trying their best to keep up. The food was really good and a very big portion size. I had baked ziti with meatballs,the meatballs are huge. My wife had chicken fettuccine. We would recommend this place,the owner is very nice and talkative. Thanks for the great meal snappys

Great food, reasonable prices. None of the prices on the menu are what we're on our receipt, they were all higher by a couple dollars. We understand prices change, but you should update the menu when they do.

We recently moved to Maggie Valley and had heard talk of Snappys. We decided to give it a try but wished we hadn’t. When we came it was almost empty. Our waitress was friendly but not the smartest. We had to order our drinks twice and took forever to get them. She brought out bread that was literally raw in the center. The waitress stayed so confused the entire meal and we would have to repeat things not once or twice but several times. (Again, the place was empty) The sauces were delicious and the baked dishes also, but the spaghetti tasted as if it had been over cooked then left to soak in water. It was just overall disappointing.

This was the best Italian food I've ever eaten. At first, the building and surroundings seem a bit lonely and abandoned. But once you enter it is a very calming and comfy atmosphere. The portions are very large and the customer service is on point and very nice. Will definitely return whenever possible.
