Wasn't busy. Just a couple people in line. We was a group of 6 and they were able to get us served fast. Really fresh. Store seemed clean and well taken care of. Just enough parking for the amount of tables. Not a big lot.

Best subway in Waynesville. Open till 9pm Friday and Saturday, 8 all other days. Miss Dee was the best sandwich maker 🤌🏻

Did not receive food because oven was down. Was told I need to call corporate to cancel order. Still have not received the refund for $40. No one at the location will help me, they say I need to call corporate. I sent a message 2 days ago to a Subway support form, and haven’t heard back. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Horrible experience, and horrible employees.
We live in Georgia and I take my kids to the Cataloochee Ski Area almost weekly every winter. I don't eat Subway in Georgia but I always stop by this Subway when I visit Maggie Valley. This Subway is very clean and the sandwiches are the best - they don't skimp on the ingredients like most do nowadays. The owner is very nice and the service is great!

They made me a "wrap" with flatbread ? and then proceeded to roll it up like a wrap so I got mostly bread. $22 for 2 sandwiches and one wasn't even the right thing is absolutely ridiculous

Staff is rude and cant follow directions with inline orders. They need a lesson on how to talk to customers. Told them in comments to cut my sandwiches in half and wrap separately.
