They made me a "wrap" with flatbread ? and then proceeded to roll it up like a wrap so I got mostly bread. $22 for 2 sandwiches and one wasn't even the right thing is absolutely ridiculous

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady that says it’s “her store” is the absolute worst manager/owner for a store of that type. She is extremely self absorbed and makes it clear she doesn’t care about anyone but herself. Her employees are completely clueless and act confused when you talk to them. They also close their store 15 minutes early and make sly remarks when you ask why. This place won’t get a single penny from me or any of my family and friends. I refuse to support anybody’s business who flashes how miserable they are. It costs NOTHING to be kind, and she just isn’t (:
We had just arrived into town and gotten settled at the cottage. We were hungry and saw a subway close by. I walked in, and the girl was sitting at a table eating cereal. She went in the back and put it up. She asked what I wanted, and I tried telling her, but she was so messed up on drugs that it wasn't computing. It took me 15 minutes to get 3 - 6 inch subs. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Not a good first impression of Maggie Valley.

Absolutely appalled with this older woman that I've had issues with her attitude before. My 5-year-old was being hyper and interrupting because he was excited and put his hands on the glass and she turned and snapped at him to get his hands off of her glass now! Stop it! He's five. I was in the process of correcting him. I'm not one of those moms that lets their kid do whatever they want but kids are kids and they do have to be redirected, not by a stranger and not by screaming at them

My husband and I were on vacation there from Florida and decided to pick up a sub to each and relax in our room. The staff was SO sweet and friendly and the food was SO delicious and fresh we went back the next night to grab some more. Thank you for such great dinners!!

Owner greed!?? Half the meat literally! Sandwiches receive half the meat count according to subway sandwich formula. I order the same sandwich everytime I come to subway which is a foot long spicy Italian and very familiar with the formula of subway sandwiches. The lady put on a total of 5 pepperoni and 5 salami which I let her know according to the subway sandwich formula sheet it is 10 pieces of each and not 5 each for a total of 10. She stated that was incorrect and the owner has directed that count which tells me the owner is more worried about the bottom line and profit than adhering to corporate subway policy and customer satisfaction. I also ordered a footling Turkey and she said it only comes with 8 slices and not the 12 that is supposed to get for a foot long. So if you eat there enjoy your bread sandwich.
