Whoever was working 1/19 at 5:30pm should be ashamed of the food you served. 1st You need to get pennies or round the total. I’m tired of not getting my change back. It’s the principle. 2nd the fries yall served were stale, cold and COVERED in salt. More like salt served with fries. It was inedible and all three thrown away. Serve food you would eat or quit. 3rd the lady at the window rushed handing us our food and seemed like she was having a bad day.
I spent $17 for salt. DO NOT EAT HERE

Very friendly. 2 for $5 Steak biscuit deal was good. Sausage gravy lacking sausage, not much in it. Not as good as Hardee's or ChickFilA gravy. Coffee not as good as other places. Excellent service! Very CLEAN restaurant and bathrooms. Comfortable temperature inside. Food was freshly made. Pepsi was good also. The people were so nice. This was my first time at a Bojangles. Thank you!

Computer glitched out on me when ordering. I drove up to the window and explained what had happened and the guy said what were you trying to get? I don't believe it was his fault. I just I don't know like if I'm not speaking English but I was like I want a sausage egg and cheese combo and then can you add just a side cup of gravy and he looked at me like I was from Mars and goes you want the gravy as your side? I said no the bo rounds like a combo. and then he just closes the window and starts typing stuff in and I'm like I'm not trying to get the wrong thing so I drove 2 minutes to Hardee's and got the right thing

We just ordered through the drive through. I was with my younger cousins and one of them was laughing at the AI. When she tried to order the drive through AI wasn’t responding. I then tried to order for her and the AI still wasn’t responding. I tried again and a girl comes on laughing. We thought she was laughing with us, but she cut us off and said “I’m not laughing.” She had a really major attitude with us. She kept cutting us off trying to order a Mac and cheese and fries and when I asked for a sweet tea, she responded with a very condescending attitude “small? Medium? Large?” We pull around to the window and I see the guy at the window laughing at us. When he went to cash me out, I asked if it was ok if I paid with Apple Pay. He rolled his eyes and turned around and grabbed the device for paying. I figured they had the toast operating system, which is small and easy to move. This system was clunky and large, and obviously not convenient to hold. After I paid, the interaction was fine, but it made me and my cousins really uncomfortable. I’ve worked fast food all my career, so I know it isn’t easy and people can be difficult. However, the attitude and personality of this interaction was not necessary and made me want to just drive off. My cousins say it was a red-headed girl who gave us this interaction.

Haven't visited Bojangles in a long time. Ordered chicken stripe with 2 sides. Fast, friendly service. Attendant check accuracy of order before finalizing.
AI order taker was horrible! Kept putting things on my order I didn’t want and when I told it to stop someone patched through and told me to watch my mouth! Last time I checked this is a free country. They must be liberal snowflakes!! Needless to say we did NOT eat here!!!🇺🇸

I’ve placed a mobile order for curbside pickup twice now, and both times we’ve ended up waiting over 20 minutes only to have to go through the drive-thru to finally get our food. On top of that, the food wasn’t even fresh by the time we received it. Really disappointing, especially since curbside is supposed to be a quicker and more convenient option.
