Just spent $45.00 here on a 12pc family meal added fries. No biscuits in the order. The fries are hard as a rock and the wife said the mashed potatoes and gravy were nasty. I won't be back!!!!!

I had to go inside today to order because the drive through was down, so I ran in and ordered. Waiting on my order I was looking around and instant regret. This place is filthy, I have pulled dead junkies out of shooting galleries that were cleaner than this place. Food stomped into the floor that looked like it had been there for days. Nothing looked like so much as a damp rag had touched it in a week. This place is disgusting to say the least. I got my food threw it in the trash and went elsewhere. This place need shut down for health reasons. This place is 5 minutes from my house and because of that I have given it ample chances and it's only getting worse.

Any review that would recommend this place or give it more than 1 star on any other platform absolutely has to be paid for. There's nothing positive about this location. Inside it is always filthy and service and food is usually horrible. Today I had to go inside and it was so filthy that I tossed my food in the trash and will never go back.

This place is nasty !! Do not eat there. I reviewed this restaurant on Bojangles web site and told them the floor and tables were dirty and that the men’s restroom had poop all over the floor and that the right side urinal was stopped up and was full of cloudy stale urine, that was 3 months ago. I went back to see if things have changed this morning and it is EXACTLY the same, poop on the floor, right urinal stopped up and stinking, looks like the dining room has never been cleaned !! I did not eat there and will never go back !!!

The young lady who helped us was very friendly. The vibes of the dining room was so uncomfortable we decided to eat in our car. Before getting our food I attempted to use the bathroom but some vile person had put excrement in the trashcan so I left the bathroom and I quietly told staff members and they Thanked me and said they'd handle it. I was handed our bag of food and we drove across to the Food Lion shopping center to to eat. The fries were cold, dried out and barely seasoned. The mashed potatoes and gravy were like warm. Won't be going back.

Never once saw anyone wash their hands. The tall girl assembling the biscuit sandwiches touched every part of her face and hair WHILE making the sandwiches.

Waited a very long time while drive thru window was serviced. When finally served, the server was polite, but the Dirty Rice order was so overcooked, all I had was what appear as paper mache.
