The two ladies that work early mornings are the absolute best. That greet me most mornings on the drive thru speaker which the company has recently changed. I drive to the window and greet with smiles and love. They truly make the difference in my day. Please recognize them for going far and beyond to make the customer happy and full with the famous chicken biscuit with hot sauce and honey. If I could give 0 stars that's what I'd give, didn't receive what I ordered, sides were everywhere inside the box, biscuit smashed, no straw, not professional at all.

The only time I’ve gotten hot food that’s cooked properly is normally mornings. Go on weekends or evenings and forget it. You have one cook that yells moans growns every time anyone orders. She has fits of cussing etc, food always stale, undercooked or overcooked and now they have AI taking your order. Like they don’t screw it up enough before, this AI is a joke! Can’t understand what you are saying, don’t ask for a biscuit because you will get a sandwich. Forget about asking to change it at the window. There are a very few people that work there that take pride in their job the rest is all about the drama that is happening and sit inside for 10 min, you will know more than you want about everyone there. It’s not much different than their neighboring KFC/Taco Bell down the road

It’s been a little while since I’ve been to this bojangles drive through and they just can’t get it right no matter when we go. I just ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and a kids chicken supreme meal. Well I got the sausage with no egg and it wasn’t warm at all! The biscuits are hard like it’s been sitting for a long time the tea taste like pure sugar I had to add water to it and it was still very sweet and I love sweet tea smh the service seem like people don’t wanna be there at all and I’m not a person that hardly ever complain about anything but this is unacceptable! This place is trash! Do NOT eat here. Smh

EDIT: except when I went on 3/27/25 at 3:30pm and they had no chicken for 20 minutes, no sweet tea, and only supremes and sandwiches available. The Bo rounds I didn’t mind waiting for were old and rubbery from sitting out God knows how long as well as my Bo bites being barely passable. I am very disappointed and have changed my review until next time. (The manager was not there who made sure I got 5 star service usually, and it’s painfully obvious to see how much she whips the kitchen into shape when she’s in charge)

By far my favorite location. Has improved tremendously since Susan took over as GM. Service is always great. Location is always clean and food is always fresh! I love meeting family for lunch on my break.

It's been awhile since I've been to Bojangles and nothing has changed. Drive thru runs so slow and when you get to the window the cashier has the personality of a frog and I asked for a chicken biscuit with cheese and when I got home, I noticed they didn't give me the cheese but they were sure to charge me for it. Do better!
