Absolutely terrible. New building with no soul whatsoever. AI ordering ruined every part of our order. Zero fries, ruined mashed potatoes, pretty much the opposite of our order. Do not let the clean exterior fool you, I would take a dirt nasty destroyed building to take my fast food order if a human is involved, AI and Bojangles is the death of humanity and food service.

I have been coming to this location for years. The one piece of advice that I would give to prospective customer would be: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG. They might give you all of your food, but they will forget the sauce. Or you may get everything you ordered minus one item. You should always ask for extra silverware because it’s almost guaranteed that they will forget to put some in the bag unless you do. Generally, everyone is nice and somewhat well mannered - but the consistent inconveniences of having to drive back to get sauces-or the occasional macaroni, is the reason for the 3 Star rating. I have never made consecutive trips where everything that I ordered and or asked for was in the bag. It’s always ALMOST all correct. If they could fix this. I would give 4 Stars.

Lastly - the Artificial Intelligence ordering system is so not worth the hassle. Might as well order inside if you don’t like talking to robots. Or being up sold on every new item they are offering.

Food is good though. 🤣

UPDATE: The manager on duty is extremely sweet. When driving back through to retrieve items left out, she added a couple of freebies and up sized an additional macaroni for me. So that was nice.

UPDATE 2: Susan is the GM. She has since made everything right so I have decided to add a star and give this location 4 stars due to her dedication in fixing the issues. She has re trained some of her staff and has been willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a more positive and memorable experience. I appreciate your hard work Susan!

The two ladies that work early mornings are the absolute best. That greet me most mornings on the drive thru speaker which the company has recently changed. I drive to the window and greet with smiles and love. They truly make the difference in my day. Please recognize them for going far and beyond to make the customer happy and full with the famous chicken biscuit with hot sauce and honey. I give the entire morning shift 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
