Just ate lunch there, and the food is really good, but some of the waitresses attitudes are really less than desirable. we were in line to pay, and a waitress walked behind my husband and said "excuse me" my husband doesn't hear very well, and when he didn't move, her words were "or not, it's okay". There was no excuse for that whatsoever!
I visited Don's Grill for the first time a few days ago. The atmosphere is very homey and cozy. The staff was really friendly and checked on our needs often! The food is very tasty and comes out piping hot and exactly as ordered, which is fantastic. There are a lot of options and there are different daily specials to choose from. The milkshakes are wonderfully thick and come in a wide variety of flavors! You can dine in or call in an order and pick it up at the window...
Had a real craving for a cheeseburger from Don's, but I was really disappointed. The burger was cold, cheese wasn't melted, even the bun was cold. 3 stars because my husbands burger was hot. So I don't know how that happened other than mine was left sitting out. I understand when you're busy, but that's not an excuse for serving cold food. Customers keep returning for good, consistent service and food, not just because they like giving away their money....
