This place is the worst subway around our area. Always gets our order wrong very slow acts like they do not care if your order is right. Always gets the cookies wrong. If there was any other options in the evenings in Maiden we wouldn't go here!!!

I ordered online. My sub was not toasted when i ordered for it to be toasted. My sub did not have cheese when i ordered provolone cheese. My sub was an absolute mess and it was soggy i could barely pick it up and eat it. What a disappointment. I guess staff either don’t care or they just can’t read an online order. Maybe both.

Don’t even think about ordering online. The order will not be made right. The employees that are working here at this point are the worst. There was a good location. It’s terrible now. I posted a pic. If you see these 2 employees turn around and walk out. You food will not be right. It’s sad. I erased a 5 star review. There is no management here. They are not accountable.
