Don’t even think about ordering online. The order will not be made right. The employees that are working here at this point are the worst. There was a good location. It’s terrible now. I posted a pic. If you see these 2 employees turn around and walk out. You food will not be right. It’s sad. I erased a 5 star review. There is no management here. They are not accountable.

I did a online order and my order wasn’t even made til 20 mins after it was suppose to be ready for pick up, there were 2 young guys working and only one was making the sandwiches the other guy was standing in the back texting on his phone and standing in the cooler that was inthe backHe came out to start our sandwiches and cut the bread put the meat on it and walked off to the cooler texting, while the other guy had a line and had to do everyone’s subs, terrible customer service

I hate that this is the only one I live by every time I go in with my my kids to get food they always have an attitude when you order a sub you should absolutely get it the way you want your paying for it right so why all the dang attitude from the employees ? all ways so rudeKid-friendliness: The employees are always rude!

The food is decent.. it’s just like every other subway. But boy can you tell these employees are paid hourly with no incentive whatsoever to move quickly. We waited over 25 minutes, with only 4 people in front of us in line. The people working were basically just staring off into space through their vacant eyes and moving like NPC or robots. Very weird experience.

The last few times I have been to this location there has been a younger girl and guy working and she is just rude. She makes it quiet clear that she does not want to do her job. They close at 10 and I went in at a few mins before 9. I ordered 1 super simple sub and the guy making my sandwich didn't ask me what I wanted or anything. Just stood there looking at me..so I started giving my order. The whole tim⁶⁶e the girl is making comments about how 40,000 people come in right before closing and that she wants to just walk over and lock the doors. The guy puts everything on my sandwich and he asks why they are always running out of mayo so quick and she looks at me and says it's all these last minute people wanting folod. It's an hour before closing so definitely not last minute! They had most of the lights off in the store making it look closed and she would just not stop complaining..every single time I've seen her working that's her attitude. I will drive the extra 15 mins to any other subway from now on.
