Every time we visit the Outer Banks, we stop here for oysters and shrimp. Unfortunately, today’s service did not match the positive experiences we’ve had in the past.
The young man working at the counter made us feel unwelcome from the start. When I asked what kinds of oysters were available, he ran to the refrigerator, opened the boxes by throwing the lids on the floor, and then left us standing there to decide what we wanted without any explanation or guidance. The whole interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and frankly rude.
Good food matters, but so do basic customer service skills. We should not forget to be kind to each other.

Was 45 minute drive so called ahead to verify had plenty shrimp for surf tournament .Was told had more than enough .
I wiped out what they had and was way short. My buddy left and was buying for 5 people , had go elsewhere
Variety selection of FRESH seafood. Friendly customer service. Clean environment.
Got live blue crabs(large). Very fresh and everyone at there are so friendly.
