The subs are great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone always seems happy to be there whenever I come in.The only issue I’ve run into is accuracy of orders. I’ve stopped ordering online because every time I do, the order is wrong. And even when I come in to order at the counter, I happen to run into my orders being wrong occasionally as well. They’re usually super good about remaking my order when I come in, but it’s a bit annoying to have to keep returning every time because they forget the type of bread I ordered or even gave me the wrong sub entirely.Great staff with excellent customer service and attitude. I come back time and time again because the service is unmatched. This is just one area that could use some improvement. Thanks!

As I'm staring at the 4 variations of chicken cheese steaks on the menu.Either they don't use chicken for their chicken cheese steak, or they were incapable of making a simple chicken sandwich.

Sandwiches were average, certainly not worth the wait in this location. There were a couple of us in my party, but I'll focus on my experience. The guys cutting the meat and building the cold sandwiches were nice and efficient. The woman at the register was unfriendly and unhelpful to the point of being rude. The grill master, God help him, was slow and inefficient. My Philly was ordered ahead of many other hot subs from groups in line behind us, yet was delivered to the counter at the same time as 6-8 other hot subs.... and then he dropped one of those on the floor because he was carrying more than two handfuls at a time. Horrific experience. Will never go back, especially since there's a very customer focused Subway a stone's throw away.

Stopped in for lunch during vacation to OBX ... Very nice and clean Jersey Mike's. Sandwiches were made well and everything tasted fresh. Employees not overly friendly but made good sandwiches and were very picky with things behind the counter.
