Yummy ice cream and friendly staff! I got the sea turtle flavor.
Best place for ice cream in manteo!
Hours state open online and on door. No signs that say they're closed. Never opened. Drove over 3hours to visit and no one was there and it was all dark. Very disappointed. At least have a sign.
Staff was very helpful with answering all our questions about OBX. They have really good taffy!
Such an adorable shop! Frida was super friendly and helpful. So many different options to choose from. There were dairy free options, such as Italian ice and rainbow dippin dots. The scoops of ice cream are huge and you can mix flavors with any size!
Delicious ice cream, wonderful customer service. for our son's birthday, they put a dinosaur candle on his ice cream cone and it was one of the most special moments of our day.
Great atmosphere, ice cream, and people.
I definitely wanted to love this place more than I did. The staff were friendly, and the looks of the shop was pleasant, however, the waffle cones were quite stale and tasted store-bought. The ice cream flavors themselves were nice, but not extraordinary. I’d go for the candies and then find ice cream elsewhere.
My parents live in manteo, and I usually stop by the laughing lollipop when visiting. I love the atmosphere and the people that work here are super kind. They always have a good selection of candy and ice cream, you can’t go wrong!
