Stopped in here because I was hitting up all 13 Halloween bars for the Halloween island passport and this place was my favorite. It was so chill and cozy. The owners were very friendly. We had some drinks and dill and garlic cheese which was delicious.

Such an amazing place. The owners are wonderful as is the wine selection. We had so much fun on trivia night too! Definitely worth a visit for just a wine tasting or a fun evening activity! They welcome dogs too!

This is a great wine bar in downtown Manteo run by some very nice people. There's live music on the weekends and the ambiance is very cozy. You can sit at either tables or high tops and there are even a few seats at the bar. They have a trivia night as well. If you're looking for a food, they have small charcuterie options. As far as wine goes, the sky is the limit. There is a wide selection of white and red wine and you can also get champagne, sparkling wine, prosecco, and even bottles of beer. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed. You can even bring your dog or cat.

NouVines is fantastic. I visited with friends and we enjoyed lounging on the sofas while enjoying a wine flight and some glasses. The proprietor is very friendly and ready for a conversation. It's a cute spot that you will enjoy.

I was there the other night and watched the owners kick out a young couple because they had their infant with them. I’ll never go back, and never recommend anyone to go there. Unreasonable and rude. Hope their rent goes up soon.
