There are dairy free options, such as Italian ice and rainbow dippin dots. The variety of food and options for classic and creative flavors is exceptional. Sweet treats are so yummy, including dinosaur poop candy. The coffee explosion is much more sundae than expected. The humble yet homeyness of Laughing Lollipop and Manteo give it a unique appeal. Customer service is wonderful; the people that work here are super kind and the sweetest people. For a son's birthday, they put a dinosaur candle on his ice cream cone and it was one of the most special moments. One of the staff took the time to tell about all the different flavors. This place may randomly open earlier or later than regular hours if they know of events.
