The server made good recommendations for Peruvian dishes. We had the ceviche, the fried rice, and the tenderloin noodles. Everything tasted good, and our drinks were refilled quickly. Definitely worth trying if you are nearby.

I had the special, Peruvian Fried Chicken, jasmine rice, salad and potato. $12.99 was a great deal for the amount of food. Restaraunt was very clean. Definitely going back because the menu had so many options worth trying.

I had an excellent lunch but my wife was served chicken that was not fully cooked. The server apologized and took the meal off the bill. We will go back but they need to make sure they check the chicken.

Food is good but the prices are too expensive for me. I know others like it and go there.

Peruvian Rotisserie chicken was delicious! We went back another day and got more. Chips and salsa were good but were better with the Cheese dip (isn't it always?). Steak noodles (I forget the name) was OK -- not sure we'd get that again. Fried yucca was not my favorite (a bit dry and under seasoned). Was excited to the get the fried chicken, but they were out . Service was decent and friendly. Ambiance is similar to your average Mexican restaurant.

This little spot of wonderfulness was such a pleasant surprise. The food is amazing. The customer service was great and was truly appreciated. But let's get back to the food. This restaurant served a mix of Peruvian and Mexican dishes . You could choose from delicious Peruvian rotisserie chicken to tacos and quesadillas. I ordered the seafood fried rice dish. This was full of flavor filled yellow rice with peppers and onions chocked full of scallops, shrimp and calamari. We also shared a half chicken with yellow rice and veggies. To top this delicious dinner off, we ordered slices of carrot cake, chocolate Hershey cake and a large piece of bread pudding.. all of which were delicious. This place is definitely a must stop when in Manteo. You will NOT be disappointed.

I can't say enough about how good the food is here. It's sort of Peruvian/pseudo-Mexican. But it is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. The flavor is fantastic, especially Carne asada. The atmosphere is simple and kind of plain, but the service is very good and attentive and the food is DELIGHTFUL!

Great flavorful chicken and rice is awesome. Used take out, they ran out of their rotisserie chicken but gave me lots Of white meet tenders which I prefer anyway.

We had heard there was a Peruvian restaurant nearby and jumped at the chance to go. It is a store front building with plenty of parking out front. We were a group of seven and were welcomed and accommodated with tables put together for our party. The waitress was friendly but it is rare I find a waitress with no writing pad that gets our order right. This was no exception. After taking our drink orders, it was quite a wait for our dinner orders to be taken. The chips helped get us through. When our meals came, it was another server who brought them, and he had the wrong orders. We had ordered beef fajitas and were brought chicken, the sides were wrong with the orders. They came back making a longer wait for our meals and us eating at different times. I am thinking because of the tourist flare of the area the portions are small in comparison with the price. $14 for the half chicken and the sides are served in mini sauce bowls. Four slices of plantain or ten fries. A little ridiculous. The chicken taste more smoked than freshly charcoal with a crispy skin and charcoal flavor. All in all the food tasted good, but after eating at Peruvian restaurants on the mainland with price to portion and quality, this one is okay. I would suggest they focus on a few dishes, making them great than such a vast selection of just meh.

Everything was excellent. Staff was pleasant. We only came in because we were at the laundromat next door. So glad we did. A great hole in the wall place. The quarter chicken meal was amazing. ACP also amazing. Great spot!Kid-friendliness: The server was great with our wild 4 year old.
