New to the island and it was my 1st time ordering from here. House fried rice, spring rolls and broccoli Chicken. It was better than the Chinese on the main island Inhave tried. Will definitely order again!
We visited the OBX and stayed in Manteo in an AirBnB (with a dog), so we did takeout most of the time and just ate it at the house. Top China came up as being near us, so we looked at the reviews and were a bit wary. We tried to order from there on Sunday night, but they were closed. They were closed also on Monday and finally, we found them open on Tuesday. The food was much better than we expected because we were judging from the lunch menu pic on Google, which didn't seem...
Update: 6/2021. The service was ok, don't expect a hello or thank you..sadly there is no air conditioning being run on a day of 90 degree heat, as well as plenty of flies seen.. I have tried to be a loyal customer, but when I get 2 shrimp lo-mein( small size) 1 egg roll, which was overcooked.. and a orange chicken..without rice, which was charged over 13 buck, a total of $29. And some change and out of courtesy give a $3 dollar tip for the privilege to pickup this, well its...
