I stopped at this Arby's location on my way to Tennessee for the holiday. I went inside to use the restroom and placed an order at the counter. The restroom was dirty, looking like it had not been cleaned all day. The staff at the counter looked like they did not want to be there. I ordered a couple of roast beef sliders and a sweet tea. The tea was old and flat. The sliders were warm and had been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, not many dining options in Marion.

Due to the recent hurricane, grocery stores are running low on a lot of items. I was in search of 2 hamburger buns. After first stopping at McDonald’s and being rudely told that they would NOT sell me buns, I went through the drive-thru at Arby’s. The girl taking orders was so kind she even offered to toast the buns for me. I know it’s an odd request, but the fact that they kindly assisted me and were super friendly really impressed me. In these times a little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Me and 3 other customers stood at the register waiting for our orders to be taken, and not one employee even spoke to us the entire time we were there. So of course no orders were taken, we waited for about 20 minutes, 2 customers went ahead and left, we were next. We decided to go to popeyes. There was one remaining customer so there’s no telling how their experience went.
