I would give zero stars if I could. I placed a dine in mobile order that was to be picked up at 7:53pm, We waited for 40 minutes past pick up time to get our dine in order. As we waited the girl running the register was I assume on break and was called to take orders, she came walking up chewing food with her mouth open wiping her mouth and nose with her bare hand then would hand out cups. She proceeded to go into bags and eat fries. She walked over to fryer and grabbed chicken nuggets and fries and shoved all her fingers in her mouth with the food and proceeded to mess with peoples orders. She got into someone’s bag and grabbed a burger and walked to the back where she proceeded to eat and come back up to take orders. She gave attitude to the manager and told her she would not be talking to her anymore, she was absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t even wash her hands. Their kitchen was so dirty and food undercooked. We all lost our appetite by the time our food was ready. Our group will not be back to this location.

Made the mistake of going inside to order. Preferred an original chicken sandwich combo it took 11 minutes to get my drink. Close the inside if all you care about is the drive thru. You guys are terrible!!!

Worst experience! I ordered through DoorDash to have my ordered to delivered to me because I am 39 weeks pregnant and I am actually on bedrest. When I received the order from DoorDash, there was two wraps. So I got in my car drove down there to get my two whoppers with cheese no pickles that I ordered the lady at the first window was completely rude. Didn’t apologize. Told me to keep the wraps If I wanted wraps, I would’ve ordered them. And then I pulled up to the second window to get my food. The lady was hollering at me out the first window tell me to pull up. I’m not pulling up because I’m not gonna wait on my food for 25 more minutes. DoorDash was wonderful. I will not be back to this Burger King. y’all need to get some real help down there

Ever heard of pan seared bacon? Just go here and order anything that has bacon. They’ll sear each side for 30 seconds and then serve you it raw and chewy as possible. Waited 15 mins per car just about, (make a lot more sense to use the first and second window to speed things up, that’s what it’s there for anyways). The only thing I’ve ever gotten from here that’s worth a damn is anything chicken, (ironic for a Burger King).The only thing they got going on is the place is new.The cashier counter is sticky and or greasy on the bottom side edges. I believe they just sweep the top off and nothing else. Or only use cleaner on visible spills instead of just doing the whole counter everytime. Only takes a minute or two to do.. also extremely pour parking lot design, you have to completely circle around the restaurant to order, and completely circle around again to exit the parking lot. There’s one side not wide enough for double lanes, so it causes traffic congestion between window orders and dine ins trying to park/leave. It’s also high risk for people rear ending and side swiping each other.
I went to BK ordered a big fish sandwich, had to throw it away. had about a quart of mayo, on both sides of the bun and on the fish, Terrible, Never order a big fish and my husband order a chicken sandwich which was covered in mayo too. Horrible . These days things are too expensive for employees to sabotage a sandwich.

Went through the drive-through. They were a little slow. They were out of french fries, so we got onion rings instead. They were out of onion ring sauce. Ordered a sprite with no ice and got a sprite with extra ice. Ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

BK off exit 86. Worst service I've had anywhere. I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, spent an additional 10 at the speaker, no one ever spoke to take my order. I go inside to find 3 customers all of whom are already eating, 2 cars in the drive through, and 5 employees. The only one who was putting forth an effort was the man making the food. The drive through employee was doing dishes and walking around like he could care less. The other employees were moving around like snails, I spent over 40 minutes to get a kids meal.
I’m not sure how BurgerKing off exit 86 is still operating.Took 10 min to take my order and 25min to make the food, during that time I watched one man get completely ignored and leave and the second guy waited 10+min for him to finally get someone and them say “oh thought you was with that guy” as the lady in the back is walking back and forth moving pointless thingsBEST PART: lady walking back and forth comes up front to hand me my bag and says “better check the food, I wasn’t up here when they made this” ?????????Shake my head! Completely crazy for fast food to take 35min to complete one order ?

Ordered Impossible whopper with only mayo. After waiting 20 minutes, the order was so wrong. False advertising. Sign says flame broiled. It came out of a microwave. Everything on it, no ranch sauce, over salted fries. They won't answer their phone. Mailbox full.

Food is not as pictured or described.No tomato, no onion, not much lettuce on Wopper Jr and barely any of the listed above on the Whopper. It was Terrible. No phone number to call and say anything. I'm tired of dealing with them even though the servers at the window are very nice.Just tired of getting poor food and get home with it and can't even tell them. I'm sure this was my last visit.
