Terrible experience. Long wait with only 1 car in line and then they were out of biscuits at breakfast time. They were rude and offered no apologies. We said we didn't mind if they substituted the bread for whatever was available but they tried to over charge like we had upgraded. Just all around poor business ethics and service.

Don't use mobile order here. I placed an order and my card was charged. They claim they don't see it on their computer. Even after showing them the order from the correct location and that I was charged they refused to provide food or any solution other than contact app. There is no support team just a robot that says they will email in 48 hours

The food was good and hot. Tables were all dirty. We had to clean the table to sit inside to eat.
There is no point in having 2 drive thru lanes if your incompetent clerks are only going to take orders through one. It's absurd to sit and literally be ignored while the other lane takes 5 orders. I just left. Your staff at this location is incompetent and I'll never attempt to come here again. This would've been my first visit by the way.
EDIT: Just saw this is a common complaint here. So the laziness is just part of the package. Granted it's Burger King. You don't expect much. I do expect to be able to order food.

I like burger King but this one was just not up to par.
SLOW! Literally the point of having two lanes is to serve twice as many people in the same amount of time...NOT so the person who pulls in behind me gets their order taken while I sit in total silence without even a hello! I sat there for FOUR minutes just waiting to say I only want a drink. I finally hear "welcome to Burger...." As I am driving away! I went across the street to McDonald's and they had an ice cold coke ordered, paid for, and in my hand in less than two minutes in less than half the time it took to get a hello from BK. If you can't afford to staff your place maybe you shouldnt have wasted money and time building a whole new building next to the old one! What a waste and disappointment.

Absolutely horrible service. If there is not enough help, you should just close for the day. The cashier was doing it all. Two people in the back were worthless. Paid $20 for food had to leave after 30 minutes with NO food and none about to be ready. Cannot find a number to call other than the establishment itself where they don't answer. Terrible management and Bruce D the manager of Carolina Franchise Holdings has no contact number. Foreign owned company. Go down the road and don't stop here.
