Spied from across the parking lot looking for another resturant we couldn't find. GPS had us park for the one were looking for around back and there wasn't any signage to direct us. I had the Street Fries with Chicken and a fountain drink. Huge scoop of Guac on top. Sour cream and Ranch served in little containers. Came out fast and it was hot and fresh. Refills for the fountain drinks were offered at the table. To-Go cups for drinks were also offered. Atmosphere was comfortable.

This used to be the best food in Marion, but now it's possibly the worst.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burrito Bros with my wife, and I can confidently say that it has become our go-to spot for lunch. The food is absolutely amazing; we've never been disappointed during our visits.
What truly sets Burrito Bros apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, often bringing us refills before we even have to ask. It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes dining here a delightful experience.
The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between a casual sports vibe and a nicely decorated space, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Whether you're a fan of burritos or just looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend checking out Burrito Bros. You won't regret it!

Well, I had previously given them five stars and a rave review but unfortunately I have to revise it after months of declining service and food quality.
This was previously our most favorite place to go. We would literally go every Friday night. The service was wonderful and the food was perfect.
Sadly, they have gone downhill A LOT. We had stopped going so consistently and would go occasionally to see if it had gotten better and it hadn’t. So we stopped altogether for a couple months. We decided last night to try one more time and that was officially the worst, and last, visit.
First, we walked in and had to wait about five minutes for someone to even come to the counter to help us. I’ll add that there were only a few people in the entire place dining at this time. After finally ordering we grabbed our salsa and waited for our chips which never came. I swear it’s like the girl was deliberately trying to ignore us when we kept trying to get her attention. Finally my husband got her attention in a way she couldn’t ignore and asked for chips and we received them…about 60 seconds before our food came out.
My husband always orders a burrito and I always order the Baja shrimp tacos. My husband was the first one that started complaining months ago that the amount of meat in his burrito kept going down and the rice up. I always loved my tacos (except for the fact that the corn tortillas would sometimes fall apart but I recognize that corn tortillas are tricky so I understood). The Baja tacos used to have whole, fat shrimp in them and fresh lightly cooked peppers. They were amazing. Last night I had no big shrimp. I had shrimp pieces. Like they cut up one or two shrimp in each taco. They also had overcooked, almost black, slimy peppers in them.
We also ordered two burritos to go and asked if they were labeled because one of our kids we were taking them home to is a vegetarian. She assured us they were and they weren’t.
I’m so disappointed that this place has changed so much. I used to recommend them to everyone. Their salsa is still amazing and their chips (when they’ll let you have them) are almost always amazing. I say “almost” because there’s always been an issue with them occasionally tasting like rancid, old oil. But, just like with the corn tortillas, I understand stuff happens.
We never expected perfection. Their service has been hit and miss for a very long time but it was always things we tolerated and still, overall, enjoyed going there. I hope they pull their act together before enough people have the experience we did last night and what started as an amazing local business becomes another empty building. We won’t be coming back to find out though.

Sadly, this place has gone to crap over the last year. Between the service being absolutely ridiculous, and the food portions continually shrinking, they're no longer on our go to list. Definitely do not recommend.

Used to love this place but ever since the location change, each time I’ve given it a chance again, it keeps disappointing. Today being the worst. The handful of street fries were exactly that, a handful with burnt chicken, hardly any cheese after requesting extra and the chips that came with the queso taste like burnt plastic. I hate when good restaurants go downhill after success as a small restaurant. I never do reviews but this was really bad and I hope you use it to better the restaurant in the future. This used to be a weekly stop for me now it’s become a maybe one of year spot.
Service was great, food was great. No problems at all!

All of our dishes had burnt meat. The most horrible food we have ever had. 45 minutes wait. How can anyone give this place more than one star. Kids chicken strips extremely dry. The only good thing was the chips. Salsa bar was dirty.

Definitely don’t order by DoorDash. They don’t really pay attention to your order. Twice I’ve asked for pineapple to be in the burrito and there is none and the only way it ever ends up in there is if I call them after I place the DoorDash order and I shouldn’t have to do that. I called and spoke with a manager there and they did nothing to rectify this. If I end up spending $25 for a burrito, I think they should get the order right. This has happened more than once so now I know anytime I place an order there to call them. I’d rather find someplace else to go though if they repeatedly can’t get the order right.

The service was great, the fish tacos and pastor nachos were delicious, had a nice sit on the patio on a gorgeous day. Overall great experience here and we will be back.

It’s rare that I ever even review businesses. I rarely review restaurants especially, because working in the industry is a tough job. I am the server who took care of “Meg Suffling” who left the review below me. First of all, when her and her party arrived, they weren’t sure what they wanted. They told the people behind them to go ahead since they were ready to order. Another party showed up after them, and walked up to order and “Meg” jumped in front with a nasty look on her face, as if she weren’t able to be served. The other party backed up, and allowed her to order. They ordered a water, a tea, a queso, and a fajita plate to share. I happily obliged, and they went on their way. We were busy during that time, as it was lunch time on a Wednesday. I was the only server on the floor, and as a matter of fact, I prepared the queso and scooped their chips myself. I took them to the table, they thanked me, and I went back to the register to take orders. Soon, their entree came up in the window, so I went to take it to them. As I came through the kitchen door, I was greeted by “Meg” who stated that she found a hair in her chips. I said to her, and I quote, “Oh! I’m sorry about that. If you’ll put the basket there on the edge of the counter, I can bring you a new basket of chips.” She said, “I don’t know if my husband will want more chips.” I replied, “Well, I actually have your food right here, so we can go find out what he would like to do.” Mind you, I was walking out of the kitchen with a sizzling plate of fajitas in my hand, a plate of the fajita toppings balanced on my wrist, and two extra plates in my spare hand. Once at the table, I sat everything down and I asked if they would like another basket of chips. At that point, she says to me, “Who’s hair is that? Where did that come from?!” I said to her, “Honestly, we all have hair. So, I’m not sure.” At this point, I haven’t even seen a hair because I believed her and told her to place the basket on the counter, and I would replace it. No problem. At this point, she tells me she doesn’t want more chips, and in fact she didn’t want the fajitas. She was done, and nothing could be done to rectify the situation. She accused me of having an attitude, and she said the only reason I apologized was because she “yelled” at me. I explained to her that I had my arms full of their fajitas, so I wasn’t able to look, and also, that food was heavy and burning my arms. I explained that to her, and she said to me, “I’m sorry that sucks”, as if to say that it sucks to be a server, and that she is above me because that’s my job. At that point, I gave her a full refund of her meal and said that she shouldn’t be charged on her card since I voided the transaction on the POS. I printed her a receipt, and told her that if she saw any charges, she could contact us and we would handle it for her. She said that she wouldn’t be back, and that’s fair. Once her family left, I had two separate tables come to me and apologize on her behalf. That’s very sad. I love my job, and I have never had any negative reviews. I love and take care of our customers. This is extremely disheartening to me, but I do tend to match energy. I stand up for myself, and the actual OWNERS of this establishment take care of us, and they go to bat for us.

😭 Heartbroken today!!! This was my FAVORITE restaurant!!! We just discovered it last month and have been eating there at least once a week.
Today we had a hair on our chips, curly, black, about 6”. It’s gross. But the most disappointing thing was the response from the waitress; complete lack of concern. When I brought the basket up to the front to show her she was coming out with our food and I said “there’s a hair in our chips 😬”, she said “just put it there and I’ll get you a new basket”. She didn’t even slow down, didn’t apologize or seem at all concerned. It went downhill from there. At one point I asked who’s hair it was, because it obviously wasn’t hers or ours and I was hoping she would say that the cooks wear hairnets, but instead she said with attitude “I don’t know, everybody has hair”. That was not the reaction I was expecting, hoping or looking for. I couldn’t help but wonder how many hairs have we or other people eaten unknowingly…?
We drive over 30 minutes to get to this place. When I say I could’ve cried today, I’m not lying! I was hungry, and possibly could have overlooked the hair had she responded in a caring, concerned and apologetic manner.
Signed~ devastated burrito lover 💔😭
