I cannot say enough about how great this cake was. A few weeks ago I ordered a large SUGAR FREE sheet cake for a retirement party. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. Sugar free cake….🤷♀️! Not only was it decorated exactly as requested, it tasted AMAZING!!! Everyone was so shocked that it was sugar free! It was a hit with everyone. The lady in the shop was super friendly and service was great! We also loved the sugar free cupcakes she added to the order for a touch of chocolate for the chocolate lovers in the group!
Me and my son stopped in for some ice cream. It was great!! The service great. The young lady was super nice
This was my favorite bakery in town, but the last three times I have came in I have gotten multiple baked goods and a coffee, the coffee is always amazing however the baked goods are always cold, dry, and not very flavorful especially the cupcakes. If I go back it will only be for coffee, very upset about the quality and price of the goods I’ve had to force myself to eat or throw away.
My post originally was in response to McDonalds on Fairview in Asheville and certainly not intended for Sprinkles Bake Shop. I never been to this location. Please accept my apologies for getting wrong.
Reading the reviews, walking into your bakery, having interacted with the employee, I've done all these things PERSONALLY.
My question is, WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO JUST GIVE GOOD SERVICE & TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT & PERFORM YOUR DUTIES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER? DOESN'T IT BECOME TIRED DODGING BAD REVIEWS & UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS? JUST DO YOUR JOB. OR QUIT.
Having people trust you to walk into your establishment, we believe you are going to do your job & treat us with professionalism, but that's what we don't get walking into your establishment. If you can't meet the most basic requirements of having a business, shut down. The end.
I used to be a faithful customer for this bakery. I have used her every year for a long time. I have a business myself and I always answer people. She has never been very personable which I always thought was strange for someone in her line of work. Every time I have messaged her for a cake, I have had to message multiple times because she doesn't answer. Yet it has always been put on the schedule. So when I messaged her this year, ahead of time mind you, I thought she is just being weird again and it's likely on the schedule, but I kept messaging until I got an answer, like I always do. This time she waits until the last second, after 3 different times of me reaching out to say she is booked. I would not have an issue with it if she had told me when I first messaged and gave me adequate time to find someone else to do it. Instead she doesn't so I am making it myself. I have used her for many years for not so cheap cakes but last year will be the last. If I were able to call or go by I would but my work schedule is the same as her business hours and I always message. She is not very responsive and the last cake was dry but I figured it was a one off anyway. If you want to continue having a business you need to be more personable and answer people when they reach out. That is no way to run a business and I always thought it seemed odd I had to message you a ton to get a response. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And so will the rest of my family. You lost a good customer 😕
We stopped in the other day for the first time, I had no idea they had a little play area for toddlers which was perfect for my 3 year old. Staff were friendly, kids loved their ice cream, and the cookie dough latte was delish. We will be back!
Tasty and friendly place to get a sweet treat.

Kind, generous owners and staff. We took our son to their not so spooky haunted house and he had a ball. It was so thoughtful of them to put it together. The staff all dressed up and were so sweet. We will be back this week for sure! Thanks everyone, again!
Usually grab a coffee and some snacks. It's a nice spot.
