Countryside is one of our favorite restaurants in Marion! We moved here last winter and every time we visit, the service is quick and the food is hot and fresh. We love that we never have to wait or ask for the check, they leave it every single time on the table so you can check out up front whenever you’re done eating. They always check on us when our food is delivered to make sure we have everything we need and often the servers are mind readers and bring a side of ranch and gravy when they deliver my chicken tenders & ask if I’d like either. I don’t have to ask them and wait for them to bring it to me. Not often do many restaurant do this so it stood out to me! I also love that they leave a pitcher of the beverage you order on the table so that if you’re engaging with friends or family, we can help ourselves to refills and they don’t have to worry about interrupting a party or neglecting them. As a couple who has spent years in hospitality and the service industry, we absolutely appreciate all of the thoughtfulness that goes into their day to day and will always keep coming back for the great food & service!

We stopped by here on the way back from a trip up the mountain. Wow, what a great place to eat. Would definitely take a 2 hour drive back to eat here again. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Excellent restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Stayed packed the entire time. Definitely has an incredible menu of excellent BBQ, ribs, burgers and more. Worth the drive! 💯

This is a very good place to eat. They have good BBQ and seafood options. The flounder was cooked perfectly. They have very good hush puppies. Service is effective and friendly. Will eat here again. The only negative was the collard greens. I would not order this side again.

Ate with a large group of family probably 25-30 of us. The food was fantastic and the service was spot on. We didn't feel like a bother and they paid us great attention.

I liked everything about this place. Service and food were top notched. First time having corn nuggets.
We love countryside but this time it was not up to par. I ordered a a to go bbq plate with hush puppies and a salad. The bbq was okay and I had no salad dressing or hush puppies. Was very disappointed when I got home.
