This Dunkin' Donuts, has very good customer service and their donuts is really, really good. We love stopping it Dunkin' to get their specialty donuts and to get their frozen coffee and sit there. And ate it before we go like they really well on the cleanliness inside their restaurant. Their bathrooms was spotless.And I smelled great they are very nice chairs to sit in highly recommended.

1/9/2026 came thru drive thru at 12:21 pm. Ordered a bacon ham sandwich with extra white cheddar, waited at the window for close to 7 minutes. 4 people working, seemed like one of the girls was just wondering around while the line is wrapped around the building. Finally get sandwich and get almost to old fort when I realized the sandwich I ordered was completely WRONG! It had literally no cheese nor the bacon jam. Such a shame because I spend a lot of money here getting coffee and donuts for the guys at a local business in Marion that I work at.

TERRIBLE Dunkin ! Slow service .employees were rude . Had to order on the kiosk after waiting at the register for 5 min . No one acknowledged us standing there when we wanted to pay cash but had no other choice but to pay card in the machine . They were out of chicken pepper wrap which is 6 dollars replaced it with a stuffed croissant which is 3 which we would have just taken a refund because we didn’t want the croissant. Then when they told me we ask if our other stuff was done they said no and it was definitely done and then I went back up after another 5-10 min and ask again and a different lady gave me all the stuff that was just sitting there my white chocolate coffee didn’t have a whip cream ! It was cold since she didn’t give it to me when it was done ! TERRIBLE MANGEMENT NEED TO TRAIN BETTER OT HIRE MORE PEOPLE THIS IS NOT OK !

This was the first time at Dunkin' in Marion drive thru.....the entire parking lot and drive thru is small and compressed. The person taking the order was courteous. I requested salt and pepper packets at the window, they did not have any....nor did they provide straws or napkins with the breakfast order. The food was not even warm and pretty much tasteless. I felt that I had been overcharged for a mediocre meal. I am not sure if I just picked a bad morning or if this is their norm.

I walked in and ordered an ice coffee and a bagel sandwich. I got the iced coffee immediately. I stood around for almost 15 minutes waiting for the bagel. When she finally gave it to me, I asked if she could just top off my then half full iced coffee. She said no. I commented in a very friendly way “even with the wait?”, and she still said no. I understand there are policies, but you would think given a 15 minute wait just for a bagel they could bend the rules a little bit. Two stars instead of one because at least she was friendly.

I love the attitude of the employees at this location. My only gripe is they short you on the coffee sometimes. I've ordered cold brew coffees that were supposed to be filled to the top, when they were an inch and a half from the top instead. I get that with hot coffees, but with cold ones, it's best to fill them up.

Got a vanilla latte and there was a big hair floating in it! It's bad you spend $5 on a coffee and they can't even watch for stuff like that.
Went thru drive thru, ordered Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte. Got home and it was just black coffee . Come on Dunkin, do better.

Normally I don't review "fast food" places, but this Dunkin Donuts deserves some recognition. I've been several times to this location, and the staff is always just so kind and the service is fantastic (I usually go in the morning). The donuts are fresh and well stocked, and the restaurant itself is kept very well.
