This was the first time at Dunkin' in Marion drive thru.....the entire parking lot and drive thru is small and compressed. The person taking the order was courteous. I requested salt and pepper packets at the window, they did not have any....nor did they provide straws or napkins with the breakfast order. The food was not even warm and pretty much tasteless. I felt that I had been overcharged for a mediocre meal. I am not sure if I just picked a bad morning or if this is their norm.

I walked in and ordered an ice coffee and a bagel sandwich. I got the iced coffee immediately. I stood around for almost 15 minutes waiting for the bagel. When she finally gave it to me, I asked if she could just top off my then half full iced coffee. She said no. I commented in a very friendly way “even with the wait?”, and she still said no. I understand there are policies, but you would think given a 15 minute wait just for a bagel they could bend the rules a little bit. Two stars instead of one because at least she was friendly.

I love the attitude of the employees at this location. My only gripe is they short you on the coffee sometimes. I've ordered cold brew coffees that were supposed to be filled to the top, when they were an inch and a half from the top instead. I get that with hot coffees, but with cold ones, it's best to fill them up.

Got a vanilla latte and there was a big hair floating in it! It's bad you spend $5 on a coffee and they can't even watch for stuff like that.

Has to be the best Dunkin I have been to in a very long time. Great job crew. Quick and correct service with a genuine smile. Don't pass this one up.
Normally I don't review "fast food" places, but this Dunkin Donuts deserves some recognition. I've been several times to this location, and the staff is always just so kind and the service is fantastic (I usually go in the morning). The donuts are fresh and well stocked, and the restaurant itself is kept very well.

Posted prices are lower than what is charged. When I spoke to the Manager about it she was very nonchalant about it. I politely said that now would be the time to post the correct prices. Update: prices have been corrected. New concern. This location is hit and miss regarding your order. I have been ordering a lg decaf. caramel macchiatto with extra caramel. The last 4 times I have ordered this (and I have watched it being made,) there is BARELY any coffee in it. Today, literally, it was all milk and caramel with not even enough coffee to change the color of the milk. I asked for more coffee and was given a new drink...which was much better...you could taste coffee. I would like to suggest the DM or regional trainer come for observation and training. Furthermore, there are times when you have to train the trainer which is a best practice. This would be a great Dunkin if everything were consistent.

I usually have a decent experience at this Dunkin but I’ve noticed that recently they’ve been running a little slower that before, I placed my order about 5 minutes before we got there expecting them be busy and they were. We waited in line for about 25 minutes and then when we got up to the window they forgot the cold foam in my drink. I understand that it will dissolve if it’s put in too early but they didn’t put any in it. I double checked my mobile order and the sticker on the drink itself thinking I may have put it in incorrectly or something but it did say cold foam on there. I can’t say not to go because it depends a lot on who’s working but be prepared to wait just in case. Would t recommend it if you’re in a rush.
