This Dunkin' Donuts, has very good customer service and their donuts is really, really good. We love stopping it Dunkin' to get their specialty donuts and to get their frozen coffee and sit there. And ate it before we go like they really well on the cleanliness inside their restaurant. Their bathrooms was spotless.And I smelled great they are very nice chairs to sit in highly recommended.
This was the first time at Dunkin' in Marion drive thru.....the entire parking lot and drive thru is small and compressed. The person taking the order was courteous. I requested salt and pepper packets at the window, they did not have any....nor did they provide straws or napkins with the breakfast order. The food was not even warm and pretty much tasteless. I felt that I had been overcharged for a mediocre meal. I am not sure if I just picked a bad morning or if this is...
I love the attitude of the employees at this location. My only gripe is they short you on the coffee sometimes. I've ordered cold brew coffees that were supposed to be filled to the top, when they were an inch and a half from the top instead. I get that with hot coffees, but with cold ones, it's best to fill them up.
