“I made an online order today for drive thru pickup as I have many times in the past. I logged in, added items to my cart and then checked out, easy peasy. This time though, while I saw an address with Main St, it was in Belmont instead of Marion. I used a Spectrum connection and it geolocated me in the Charlotte area.
I showed up to the store here at 1194 N. Main St. to pick up, and no order. I did not get the persons name, I assume she was the MOD though, but she was helpful beyond words. First she tried to help cancel the order. I had ordered online with a computer, not my phone, so no joy there. She tried calling the Belmont store but no one would answer. She called the District or Regional Manager, they couldn't cancel it due to it being a franchise location.
The long and the short of it, they filled my order and got me on my way. True customer service is so rare these days that when I encounter it in such an old school way, I have to give it a shout out. Thank you so very much. That is why I choose this over the other one in town. The difference is night and day. Not many chain stores would do this that I am aware of.
All dad and I wanted to do was pick up some lunch and enjoy a picnic on a lovely fall day. And it was looking pretty grim. But we got to do just that thanks to the people at this Hardee's. Bless you fine folks.“
“I'd wait a little bit on some fresh chicken tenders butt Good thing is they also made the fresh fries to go with the tenders. So many places will go ahead and bag the fries while they're waiting on the food but they didn't it was all good and hot“
