Not the friendliest employees here, however the food was really really good. Several Hardee’s in WNC have let their standards slip and are inconsistent with the quality of food. This location is on point! Would definitely visit again!

The lady that took my order got it wrong and then when I asked that it be made right I had to wait for 30 minutes for the "manage to fix it" which consisted of giving me a refund and then charging me more for her mistake which I ended up not actually getting the refund so ultimately I ended up paying $27 for a hot ham and cheese combo!! I will never go back even if it's my only option of food for the day! I'd rather go hungry! This hour long process was on my 30 minute lunch break!

Service is wonderful!, but I have seen that northern what Hardee's you go to, you can not get a light biscuit.All biscuits are dark brown, almost burnt and crunchy. Huge disappointment but seems to be the normal at all Hardee's now.

Went through the drive thru, ordered BLT sandwich combo. Waited almost 10 mins to get it and got home and it’s not even a BLT. It’s just a plain chicken sandwich with an over 8 pickles on the sandwich and mayo on the top and bottom bun oozing out of the sandwich as soon as you pick it up. Paid $11.72 for this and it was probably one of the worse sandwiches I’ve ever had.Fries were soggy and tasted like they sat in water for 3 days and they someone tried to heat them up in a microwave. Won’t be back.
