Took 30 minutes just to order!! Then none of my sides was in the bag even after I had to wait even longer for them to ask me what I had. The lady in the drive through was awful with her attitude. Will not be going back. Rather drive 30 minutes to a good one then wait 30 for shitty service and food.

I have really bad experience with the stuff of december 1 of 2024 around 5 30 pm i have to wait about 45 mints to get my order and i came to ask for my food and the girl tell me the clear myborden from the screen she do t say am sorrybor anything to tride to resolve my order they tell me if i want to waith because the order was uncompleted the stuff is have a really bad attitude and really bad services the have the place in a really bad condition so gross

I wouldn't go back here , maybe new people but I didn't know the manager gets paid so good to lie ..... do remember then u said computer crashed and u couldn't never get a hold on me cause u able to send a email ...then at the end I said I'll give u my number incase u got to call to let me know ...oh I got it on the application.....okay lier u just said your computer crashed so u couldn't get a hold of on email wow u had my number.... thr pay good to lie so that's make me think what the other manager put down why I quit and not available for a rehire.....
Managers get paid good too lie. AND ALSO CAME HERE ON NOVEMBER 21 AT 7:34 PM THE PULL US UP TO COOK CHICKEN TENDERS SO THEY SAY 7 MINUTES SO SHE COMES OUT AT 7:51 PM AND SAYS YALL WAITING ON THE CHICKEN TENDER RIGHT WE SAY YES SHE SAYS ITS GONNA BE ANOTHER 5 MINUTES OUR COOK DROPPED THEM IN THE FLOOR AND THEY HAVE 3 OF THEM EMPLOYEES OUT IN THE LOBBY WITH ALL THERE FRIENDS 8PM NOW 8:06

the chicken was try and pink in the middle. to much money for bad quality food. I feel so ripped off. KFC used to be my favorite. and idk if it's just this one but I'm so upset about the food.

if i could give this a negative 0000 i would. I just got my wisdom teeth out this morning and my mom brought me by here to get mashed potatoes. the girl running the window has attitude for what. Just because she asked her to get another spoon then slammed the window in her face. Didn’t catch her name. But here’s a little advice, if u hate ur job that bad quit. it ain’t that hard. lmao.

I hate to complain,but food was awful. Taste like cooked in old oil. Not sure what recipe they are using,but definetely not original spices. So bland. Looked light brown also.If I hadn't purchased it myself,You would never make me believe kfc. Biscuit had weird oil taste as well. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good. The deal was great also,but not worth that taste. I kept trying call to tell them,but they kept disconnecting my call,so I wanted let people know what to expect. It's at the Marion KFC near Loves Truck Stop.

I recently visited the KFC location and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was painfully slow. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and initially ignored me, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant.

When I finally placed my order for a 6-piece chicken, it took more than 35 minutes to prepare. This is unacceptable, especially considering there were no other customers. When I inquired about the delay, the counter lady responded with a condescending attitude, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting timely service. It's important for the staff to remember that customers are paying for their food, not receiving it for free.

To make matters worse, the staff members were just standing around, eating from the cooked fries and other containers, and laughing with each other instead of attending to my order. It was clear that they were not prioritizing customer service at all.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at any KFC location. The management needs to address these issues urgently to prevent other customers from experiencing the same poor service.

The chicken was not fully cooked. And there were no biscuits. I paid for for 4 biscuits but sorry about your luck they close in 10 minutes so come get them tomorrow they said.

So delish I loved it I came with a 6 person fam and DEVOURED I hope you come it is a delicious experience , ooh and bye the way, on the cup look at Col. sanders, his bow tie, looks like a stick person body ??? anyway have a nice day!

I noticed that the chicken I received was overcooked and wasn't consistent with the rest. I was wondering if there was a reason for this. Perhaps there was a mistake or miscommunication in the kitchen. I'd appreciate it if this could be addressed in the future to ensure that all customers receive the best quality food.
