Attention Emily Sanders. Terrible place to go. Terrible service. I pulled up in a large truck and parked not blocking anything and they refused to serve me. No custermers in the store or parking lot. Will never be back.would give a 0 star if it was an option

its so bad i wish i could give it a 0 but i cant the other reviews arent lying they take to long for a small order i order one mc chicken an small fries i was waiting for almost an hour just for one of the workers to come out and ask what im waiting for i then told them what i ordered and they just started to make it and i had to wait a extra 20 minutes

Everytime I come out here I have to wait 20 minutes or better for an iced coffee and the last time i made a mobile order and a team member informed me at 10:30 pm on Saturday night that they already cleaned the grill so therefore they were unable to make 2 double quarter pounders when they don't close until 11pm. So they made 2 QUADRUPLE cheesebugers instead......horrible customer service ESPECIALLY on morning shift if an older woman with blonde hair is there. The McDonalds on west henderson street is by far better hands down. I would not reccommend going to the one that is at food lion. I have worked at BOTH McDonalds when I was younger and it shouldn't take 20+ minutes to get an iced coffee! I usually don't post reviews but this is ridiculous!

Messed up all 3 of my burgers. I specifically asked for only cheese and ketchup (I am slightly allergic to pickles) and when I got home all 3 of my burgers had pickles and onions. I don't plan on eating at McDonald's for a while again. Absolutely 100% best of the best McDonald's around.
