While I was been pull up to wait for my food, one of the girl employees came out and handed me my food with out my drink. And I asked politely that I needed my drink and didn't get one, she went back in not even 30 second she forgot all but my drink and I had to wait for 5min just for a drink. I had to drive around, get out of my car and go in to get my drink. While the same girl that brought out my food just said I'll tell her iam thinking to myself what in the world (tell who she didn't even go to one of her colleagues and say a customer needed his drink while I take care of the customer in the front). The employees need more training on how to take care of their customers.

Aug 21st 2024 10 am I drove into the parking lot. No customers in drive thru or lobby. I went into lobby no employees up front. 2 employees on food line ignored me when I asked if anyone was taking orders. After several I finally loudly, so they could hear me) asked the other 2 employees in the far back if they were closed. They looked at me and just continued to stand in the back. I ended up leaving with out even being able to order. Worse service. They should be shut down.

I have Been to this McDonald’s only four times and the last time I was there, an employee was staring at me through the window with a smirk on her face and whispered into another employees ear!! I’m not from Marion either so this girl didn’t know me at all? they have peoples orders mixed up constantly, and it takes them 30 minutes to get your order whether you’ve ordered it on the mobile app or come in And order!

This is a nicely Managed restaurant. There's plenty of traffic but not too much to get good service. The food is usually fresh The services decent has a nice atmosphere. Just be aware to be alert which way you want to head before you attempt driving out of the parking lot. They could use a little larger parking lot though so be aware of you might be better just to drive through the drive-in than try and park.
Parking: If the parking lot is fairly full your best bet is to just drive through the drive-in and be aware of where you need to go before you drive out on the street
Wheelchair accessibility: It's similar accessibility the restaurant isn't as convenient for wheelchair in and out but it's adequate

Been coming to this particular McDonald’s a while. Never been this bad. Over the past few months, you can really tell how cheap and lazy they are. Fries are ALWAYS raw or soggy. Drinks are watered down fresh from the machine. Can’t even your drinking a Dr.Pepper. Tastes like water with sugar and maybe 1/20 of syrup
