If I was able to leave zero stars, I would. The food was COLD. Steam coming up from the buffet is to make it appear hot/ warm. It was HORRIBLE, so much so that wr couldn't eat it. Refused to give us our money back, which I am sure is why they make you pay before you eat. No cream cheese in the Rangoons, just hard fried wanton. Save your money and time, hell McDonalds is better than that.

Will never come back here , ladie behind counter is always watching what your doing at one point I felt scared to even get up and get another plate. My wife got her water cup and the ladie behind the counter followed her grabbed her cup and got the water for her to make sure she was actually getting water . What kinda of place is this also I asked one of the workers there if they served white rice and the Chinese ladies came up to me upset saying to only ask her for stuff to not ask the workers nothing !! Would not recommend to anybody!!! Will never come back to this place

The lady is always watching everything you do or pick, have to ask for white rice apart is not in the buffet, she watch if you really serve water, old food on the buffet and they don't let you go until you pick every plate on your table, all the chinese buffets pick them up at the end at least. Tables dirty, break chairs and dirty napkin dispensers. There isn't much variety to choose from

This place is gone down hill bad the service is so bad if you leave a tip before you eat you don't service I don't leave a tip tell I know she can give us our drinks and silverware ... I'll save my 5 dollars or 10 dollars tip I want be back. Ps there's a new owner here and he don't care about the service and the food is not that good like it usually is new owner new cooks I guess it's Bad don't taste the same.....

We ate there today, the place was dirty. The floor was sticky, they need to shut down a day and use some good hot soap and water on All the tables and chairs and the food bar! It’s like they don’t have enough help evidently! It’s been a good place but has really gone down hill!

I was looking for a place to eat, and I choose the Chinese food. The place is big but they have one line of hot dish service trays empty and it feel like it’s overcooked or dry . overall it’s OK Maybe if you order from the menu, you get better food, but I choose the buffet

Lady behind the counter was 5 star, she was so sweet and amazing…..I feel bad even leaving this review lol. That’s only why I’m giving it an additional 2 stars lol. The crab Rangoon barely had any cream cheese in it (don’t even try to mention fake crab) and then the sauce was literally water with a tad orange coloring. Absolutely horrific. And the bourbon chicken was not bourbon chicken lol. If you like crappy Chinese food (like I do) I’d say go for it. But don’t expect anything 5 stars 😂

Delicious 😋 but need more attention on consumer service, more friendly and helpful people for work in there.
Place has really gone downhill lately. Food tastes like it's being reheated from the day before. Egg rolls were the only thing that tasted fresh, otherwise, the rice was bland, and the chicken definitely tasted more like they put down an old house pet in the back and fried it up.

I always get shuned from restaurants for this. Food is adequate if you choose buffet. Take out is better. Some things could be cleaned more like the soy sauce bottles, if I use a napkin to use it and the napkin sticks that's gross. The staff are nice.

Limited quantity on each container. They won't refill untilypu request, and at at one point you'd stop asking. Food didn't taste good. Lo mein and fried rice were literally cold and dry. Wouldn't recommend
