The food is good. However when I call I can never get through. They out me on hold so long I can recite the recording. Then when they did pickup no one was there to talk. All I could hear was pans clanking together. They never answer their phones.

Food was left on front porch where we weren’t notified about it for God only knows how long by a door dash driver. We placed our order at 8:18 p.m. & we didn’t get our food off front porch until 9:51p.m. Our food was cold & not very well made. We didn’t get 3 of our condiments that we requested, mind you, 2 we paid extra for. We tried calling, 3 of us off 3 different #’s & got no answer, the last call I waited about 10 minutes & still no answer. I’m very frustrated because we got charged a delivery fee & we left a tip & our food came up to $50’s. We will be visiting the store in person tomorrow about this. Hopefully they’ll make it right. We should get at least a free desert on top of our food being remade for what we just went through. So today I spoke to the evening manager & they completely remade our order to our satisfaction. This Time we went to pick it up ourselves. I will say I will never use DoorDash again because of this situation that happened last night. Really, they should’ve been the ones to replace our food. Thank you, Papa John’s!

This is the most pathetic Papa Johns experience ever. We ordered a medium pizza and boneless wings. Estimated delivery was between 7:30-7:40. This location uses DoorDash which doesn't have the pizza bags to keep the pizza warm. Our original arrival time was 7:34. Then 7:47. Then 7:58. Then 8:02, and finally 8:05. The pizza was not even warm. The grease from the pizza had soaked all the way through the box by the time it got to us. And the wings were soggy and gross. It took over 1:15 to get our delivery and it was a total bust.

Store manager here is a joke I went to tell him what happens but he didn't listen it's funny how I got the door dash app and it gave me a order to pick there I go in the person says he ordered that through here not dash okay I said I called dasher back they said they have canceled order there today over 3 times so the order I was on I went to address the guy told me it was a worker there that brought his food it wasn't no dash cause he talked to them over the phone about ice too so don't tell me you don't have a employee that's on the clock and dashing too I'm not stupid I know the way he was acting that day ..
