Girl at the window was super nice. She was so busy so wait time was long. I sure of which window to use she said it happens all the time. But geez these prices are shocking. Who can afford to hear here more than one time?

Ordered online 20 minutes before I even got to the store. Was told they didn't even start my order and to park they'd bring it out when they could. I have currently been sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes now while another man who came and parked after me got his food and I had to "remind them" my order. There has one been ONE customer here since I got here and I've seen 4 different "workers" inside. I will NEVER order from here again. This is my FIRST AND LAST Popeyes experience. Guess that's what I get for trying something new ??♀️

Every time my family and I go for dinner the whole restaurant is outside smoking!!! Specially the girl with the grey car. Took me awhile to realize she even worked there. There s.l.o.w and expensive!! The cook at night well the things you can hear him say from inside the lobby is uncanny. And the short manager girl doesn't say anything to him. It's not ok specifically when there's a family that can hear you with small kids.
I mainly go for there strawberry biscuits with extra icing.

Update: I ordered a full 25 minutes before going to pick my food up, but when I pull to the window the lady says it will be a 7 minute wait. I explained the amount of time that had passed since I put in my order and asked why my order isn't completed. She explained something about my order not showing on the screen. ? I'm done.Food is great every time we have been there, however the wait time is ridiculous. Whether you order at the window or online, it doesn't matter. This needs to be fixed or this site will not last long. We never have to wait due to them being busy, no one is ever there when we have visited. At least have my food ready when I order online, that's all I ask.

Came in from Dallas Tx and helped by Ashley, she was very polite, willing to make sure my order was correct. She even apologized for the wait. She was very sweet and I truly appreciate her customer service. Kudos to Ashley to being pleasant to customers even on a busy night.
