My husband bought 5 meals and brought them home for us and our 3 boys. He got all the way home and we didn't have the footlong hot dog he ordered. I tried to call sonic but they didn't answer. I drove all the way over there and I assume I ended up speaking to a supervisor because she was the 2nd girl I spoke to. She wasn't friendly and was asking about the receipt. I told her we didn't have it, and explained I tried to call but no one would answer. She finally gave me the hot dog but I felt her attitude could have been a lot kinder. I ended up getting back in line because my 4 year old wanted a cheeseburger. I ordered a kids meal and paid....we just got home and they didn't even give him his toy. Very disappointed with them after we spent our money and gas and time to go back and even purchased more food.

I ordered a chocolate chunk brownie blast. For some odd reason there were a ton of oreos in it and bownie on top. Very dissatisfied with the lazy preparation of my order.

Burgers twice was halfed done , flat taste , throwed away last one ! Last foot long got was just awful, must had changed brands , throwed after 1 bite out ! Worse I ever had , at one time , they was great ! This last changed over is not good at all to have done. Some friends bragged on them & same ones said no more . Just the truth ! I loved eating at Sonic I. MARION , but the food rating is falling . ## Tried one other time last week , won't eat there anymore , food don't taste like it use to , burgers awful flavor
Oh my the car hop/order taker was yelling through the speaker and everyone was having to repeat their orders. She was messing up big time. We could hear her at all the stalls and one guy got so frustrated another worker had to take over. She could not understand anyone.

Honestly it was the best Sonic I have ever gone to. The burgers were awesome. My onion rings were on point, so good. Strawberry shake was nice and think with plenty of real strawberry in it. The young fella that brought our food was polite and upbeat. Kudos to Sonic of Marion.
