Came in to get a drink the other week and saw the manager screaming at her employees over what seemed to be a minor issue. She was yelling about the attitude the baristas had taken on when talking to her. I had never had issues with the baristas there for the most part. A particular employee named Nikita was especially sweet and always got my drink just right! But the manager had made the girl very upset to the point of tears and again it was simply what seemed to be a minor inconvenience....read full review
