Don’t waste your money at this Starbuck’s The staff was very nice, but the manager was not she was a very disrespectful towards her coworkers and me and there’s so many problems with the manager there that I heard from other people that used to go there now go to the other starbucks due to the manager. And I found a fly in my drink that is very disgusting and unprofessional, and she was the one that made it. Ingles do us a favor and talk to her or get rid of her.

There’s this girl that works there that makes the most exquisite, bodacious, outstanding drinks I have ever had! Her name was corry, if you go there request for corry to make your drink. That’s the only way it’s good. Everytime I go into Ingles, corrys smile is contagious. I’ve even learned her hours so i can only get good drinks. Please train all workers to be like corry ♥️♥️.

Ordered an Ice Royal Breakfast with vanilla and oatmilk. Was given an a cup of water and milk with a unbrewed tea bag. Employees need a refresher course on how to make their drink. Even watched her look up on their cheer sheet and still was given the wrong drink.

i’ve never left a review on any restaurant but the service was sooooo bad lol i gave the cashier change so i wouldn’t have to take change back and she wouldn’t take my change … and when ordering i asked for no whipped cream but i was given my drink with whipped cream and asked if she could remove the whipped cream, the drink maker handed it to the manager and as the manager was taking the whipped cream off, she rudely told me “your welcome, mistakes happen” i planned to say thank you once she had sat my drink down because i thought that was what you were supposed to do ? i had never had a problem until today 5/12/24
