BEWARE: Owner now refuses ALL Subway coupons! Also, good luck finding the owner to voice your complaints. I plan to though.What a shame. Used to like this one. Had great service, well, at least one worker.Another GREEDY franchise owner ruining a spot. WE do plan to complain to Corporate office. Maybe it won't fix him, but maybe it will help them know their overall customer base isn't cared about by franchise ownership.Any of you out there who support helping one another please share this post and hopefully make a difference for one another.Thanks

I asked for extra lettuce for my veggie sub…worker *barely* put any on the sub the first time. Worker picks up a very small and I mean SMALL pinch of lettuce like 4 or 5 strands of lettuce, and sprinkles it on my sub. I look at the worker and said can I get extra lettuce please. (This has never been an issue at any other subway btw) Worker looks at me with an attitude and says really… I said yes PLEASE. Worker then looks down at the lettuce and then over to the other staff member and begins speaking in Spanish, I guess they assume I don’t know how to speak Spanish ?. After having her conversation she then put what she thinks is extra lettuce on the sub, if you count yet again a pinch extra! I do not appreciate their attitude and how they conduct customer service. I will not be returning, I’m tired of having to ask 2 to 3 times for extra lettuce or spinach for that matter and still not get it. Good thing I never get a salad there because I would only end up with a few pieces. ??‍♀️ 1st lesson of customer service is don’t argue with the customer!! Btw I would have been more than happy to pay extra for for adding extra veggies if it was such an issue. But like I said above, this is the only subway that has ever acted like this. No wonder this place only has a 3.9 star rating!DO BETTER!!

Used the app to place an order. I picked up the order but didn’t check it ( my mistake). I get home and only one sub was correct. My salad had no lettuce and 3 leaves of spinach and one of the expensive 12 inch subs ($13.79) was only a 6 inch. I was very disappointed will not be back.

I entered with no customers waiting and a patiently waited to be greeted. After the two employees that saw me walk in just continued to chat amongst themselves without acknowledging me, I decided to be nice and go wash my hands so they could finish their conversation. As I was walking back to the counter a group of 6 people walked in and stood in front of me. Instead of politely informing them I had already been waiting they simply started taking their order one after another. This is totally unacceptable and they should be ashamed of what terrible employees they are. I'll never go there again.

A male staff named Joseph sits around not working asked him where the bathroom was and he was like the lady bathroom is where you belong. Then cussing out her coworker saying you are useless and tells me what you want with attuide please fire joseph he is hella rude to me the costumer

No issues with the quality of the food but the pricing has definitely changed. I'm sure that inflation has been a factor in this but it's a sandwich.

Stephanie Bingham should be very proud of the three you women working Sunday 5/30 during an exceptionally busy Sunday lunch rush. If not a raise, a bonus is in order. They worked efficiently and were warm and kind in the face of some rude clients. Oh, and my sub tasted great. Nice work, ladies.
