Being an OTR truck driver I often find myself in area's I'm unfamiliar with, I pulled into a Pilot Truck stop seeing they had a subway I got online and ordered myself a sandwich while I finished my daily log then went in to get it I was told that I ordered it at the wrong location and that they're was another subway a mile away, I called that location to cancel the order and was treated very rudely and hung up on !!! I did not get my order or my money returned!!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in the US I will NEVER go to a subway again in my life!!! Worst experience ever in 50 years

I usually get my bread from Subway when I’m doing sub night for the family. The lady didn’t know what to charge me just for the bread. She called the owner or boss and proceeded to ask them what to charge me. They rang me up for $47.00 taxed to $53 for six loaves of bread. The Walmart bakery sells $1 loaves so I just went back after putting my groceries in the car and bought those instead. Any other Subway I’ve been too has charged me only $2-$3 dollars per loaf. Very disappointing.

Ordered online a BMT & a churro. They were both absolutely awful.Not exaggerating at all when I say I wringed soooo much vinger out of my sub.It was all moosh when it got to my home.Never & I mean never order a churro from here. I couldn't even bite into it. It was physical impossible.That thing had to have been put out weeks ago.It was a complete waste to order from here.They charged for a drink and chips that weren't even in the bag.

She started to make the wrong sub, and when corrected, argued about it, saying I was wrong. Started the correct sub and when I asked for salt and pepper they absolutely demolished the sub with so much of it, I couldn't finish eating it.

Want go back here stand in line forever I was the only one at 3:55pm and it's 411 they didn't take my order one girl was working on order Togo the other other one was sitting at cashier on her cell phone then the other lady that's the manager thought it was funny I told her the girl that been on her phone and handled dirty money didn't wash there hands she just laughed....... need new people

They “may” do well with in-store orders but horrible with online orders!!! I have YET to pick up a sub AS ORDERED online from this location. Very frustrating to get all the way home to an incompletely made sandwich!!!! How hard is it to READ the order slip and make the sandwich as the CUSTOMER requested and NOT the way the subway staff wants to make it…UNLESS you are going to pay for it for me???

This Subway went above and beyond the call of duty!!! This last Tuesday I ordered 55 sliders for pick up today (Wednesday) by 10:15. But today, I called early to add 20 more sliders to the original order. Without hesitation, they said yes. Wonderful service!!!!
