Wasnt impressed with the garlic parm wings. Cold by the time i received them . Only thing i could taste was chicken grease. Ill go back but ill definitely have the burger i hear people rant about.

Tell your fry guy to tighten up! You cannot have a business called the wing factory, and serve undercooked, soft, soggy wings.

One of the easiest things to operate in the restaurant industry is the fryer.
Lol so teach your guy or girl on the fryer, how to cook properly. It’s not a difficult task…
The french fries were soggy. If you can’t cook a french fry, you need to quit your job and go work at the Dollar General.
Our waitress was amazing! And I am not the type to gripe on reviews. As a small business owner, I know how important reviews are. But The kitchen side of your business is pathetic and needs not a little but a lot of work. Best of luck in the future!

So the website “honors” reservations. I made a reservation for 6 for my stepsons birthday. We received a confirmation. Upon arrival after driving over an hour, we were told that they don’t accept reservations (although we had one) and the wait would be over an hour and a half. We had it out with the manager and she hung up on us. If you expect customer service, this is NOT the place for you!

After going around town and shopping my family and I wanted to grab a bite before we headed back home an hr away. Food looked good online but my lord these were the worst wings I have ever had in my life. The food was undercooked and service stinked as well. The server was nice but didn’t know how to describe any of the wing sauces and was unhelpful when trying to figure out the menu. Only good thing were the fries. Maybe other things are good here but the wings stink which is so sad for a place called Wing factory.

THE HOTTEST FLAVORS THEY GOT ARE A JOKE. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING HOT, FOR A SEASONED VETERAN OF SPICY FOODS. BURGER WAS DRY (THIN OVERCOOKED PATTY) ONION RINGS CAME OUT IN STUCK TOGETHER GOBS. DEFINITELY SEEMED TO BE EATING MORE FRYER GREASE (OIL) THAN ONION.

We stopped for a late lunch the Saturday before Christmas. There was no wait to be seated and the place was rather empty. My burger was okay. Fries were soggy. Our 3 kids each got a kids meal burger with mac and cheese. Again burgers were okay. The Mac and cheese tastes like plain noodles. My husband got Mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was okay but again there was no cheese. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Our male server took forever to come get our drink order, it wasn’t even busy. He didn’t check on us except to bring the check. My husband’s sweet tea was empty and had been. Definitely disappointed in everything from the food to the service.

service wasn’t bad, that was probably the only good thing about our experience. Food was way overpriced, and gross.. Chicken wings had no flavor and seemed undercooked. Pretzel was dry. Chicken sandwich had about 2 actual bites of chicken, the rest was breading, or just lettuce and bread. Not worth 16$. Chopped Cheese was also extremely dry and disappointing, had almost no cheese on it.. Not worth 16$ either. Spent about 70$ here and nothing, absolutely nothing was worth that price. Would not go back again.

We we’re excited to try this wing place on a Monday evening when it was visibly not busy. There seemed to be plenty of staff as well. We were seated immediately and hopeful for a great dinner, however, our server took her sweet sweet time to get our drinks. We waited for what seemed like a MILLENNIUM for one beer… and then our server realized she never even got the beer?!? Once we finally got the beer, she said “better late than never”… ma’am, it was way too late. She then took a ride on the pity train by saying, “I’ve been terrible haven’t I?”. She sure was quick to come back when we pulled cash out to pay. Wings were cold and hard, as if they’d been sitting out. Cheese logs were good, but could use a better marinara sauce to go with.
Food was not that great, server only came back 1 time after taking orders, that was a while, and only to bring check.

Food was cold when we received it. Food quality was poor. Like boneless wings were just store brand in sauce. Buffalo chicken sandwhich was worst I have ever had. Mac and cheese was worse than kraft. Took 52 minutes after placing order to get food. Service is very very poor. No napkins. Never checked on us again until dropping check. Dinning room was freezing cold. Even waitress said yes it is very very cold in here. Will not go back and don't recommend to anyone.
