I like Zaxby's. Love their food. Went through the drive-through. The gentleman at the window had a crappy attitude. Must’ve been hating life yesterday. He did forget to put a fork in for my coleslaw. Not a big deal, I use my lid from my soda as a scooper and ate my coleslaw 😂. We were already on the highway heading home when I realized I didn’t have a fork so we weren’t going to turn around and go back for it.

Waited in drive through 35 minutes only to have half my order left out had to go in and that cost me another 10 minutes I will not go back spent alot of money there scince they opened but not another penny

It is under staffed the staff is being worked far to hard because it is being so under staffed. Poor management and owners was in the store never saw either.

Food was overcooked a few times and staff at this location are often rude. I have found hairs in my to go boxes multiple times. With the high prices they charge for meals, I would except it to be cooked correctly and staff to be careful with packaging and more hygienic. Will not go back.

I guess I am getting old. Restaurants used to have rules about hygiene. And workers would never have 5" long fingernails. Top that off. She had sequins glued to them also.
Even if she just waits on customers, the harbinger of germs is gross.

Only 4 stars because the Coke Freestyle Machine is down and the Snax chicken fingers are shrinking. I place these two issues on Zaxby's and not Bidenomics. The Freestyle machines must be manufactured and serviced by the same lane rains that manage the McDonalds ice cream machines. 3 stars on atmosphere because of the lake under the urinal. 😳

Parking: To exit to the left onto Sugar Hill Road back towards town, you must drive out back to the Corpening YMCA Rd.

The staff was very professional. Dining room was clean. However, the tables were not wiped down between guests. The food was very good. I did find several pieces of black rotted lettuce in my salad.
