Very cool venue with friendly staff! Just stopped in for a cold beer but ended up ordering the wings and pretzel with beer cheese, delish!!! Would love to come back and catch a show here! Our awsome bartender Mary took these photos for us!❤️
Great music, great food ( potato wedges) and wonderful seating. Lovely staff. A true small town treasure! Come one, come all, a good time will be had by all!!!
Why am I sitting here licking beer cheese off my fingers with only 20 other people for the Peter Falbo performance? This venue is what you wish you were able to go to when you were too young....plenty of seats, great food, beer and wine and wonderful music. Please support Mars Theatre Brewing.....they have velvet couches!
Awesome atmosphere in an old theater of history, the scuba hazy IPA is great. I highly recommend for hanging out with friends, catching a show, food, and shows. Definitely will be back. I highly recommend!!! Love the feel of this place!
I heard about this brewery on North Carolina weekend on PBS. It lives up to it's intriguing new functionality. This will definitely be a must go to when I'm up here visiting the folks.
This place is so authentic and just a great spot.. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening listening to music, relaxing with friends and enjoying the ambiance. Comfy couches, lots of original theatre memorabilia and decor dating back to 1946. Great beers too..
Really friendly folks and dang good beer.
Great beer in a really unique space!
Really great beers in a sweet old theater. Met the owner lady, super nice. Enjoyed the trivia night too!

Very unique brewery with a chill vibe and a decent bar menu. The bartender was very friendly and the beers were solid. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area, the old school theater seating is really cool.
Always a good time at Trivia Night on Thursdays! Love the atmosphere!
Not only is it an awesome place with a truly unique and fun atmosphere, but the owner is fantastic and incredibly kind. We had a great time at MTBC the Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend, but not until later that night did my friend notice they lost their phone and we realized it was left at the now closed theater. It was late and the next day was Labor Day, and the theater was going to be closed until Thursday, but I reached out on Facebook and via the email on their Facebook page and Scott responded very promptly and warmly. Not only that, he met us the next morning at 9:30am on Labor Day to let us in to retrieve my friends phone because they were heading out of town that day. We owe Scott and his kindness big time! Couldn’t speak higher of the man and the establishment.
We work hard at pleasing all of our customers. If you have suggestions or comments we would love to hear them in person. Always looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers Thank you all for your patronage.
I stopped here for lunch after hiking in Big Ivy. I had the BBQ sandwich and World's Edge IPA and everything was good. The brewery is in an old theater so it has theater with a big screen. Lots of games for kids too. Nice place, would stop here again if passing through the area.
