I love their food. They have great hamburgers and wings. It would be a 5☆ but they are rarely able to fulfill the full menu anymore. They are very inconsistent in their availability and its frustrating.

Nothing stays the same. When this place first opened the food was great, cheap and huge...not anymore. The staff is always nice and friendly.

2nd trip to Mars Hill for a food here and there is never anyone working. They also never have anything available except pizzas.

I called at 3pm to see if they were open because the day before they had closed due to staffing issues, the day before that I stopped by to get some ice cream and they were cleaning the machine so I also wanted to also double check that it was working. They said they were cleaning it and it would take 30 minutes to an hour. That was fine because my wife is pregnant and has been craving soft serve ice cream so I was determined to get it for her since I’ve been trying for what is the third day in a row. I called again at 4:30 to see if it was done being cleaned because I didn’t want to drive the 20 minutes there if it wasn’t done yet. When I asked, the guy that answered the phone proceeded to laugh at me and tell his coworkers why I was calling. Another guy told him I had called 4 times today, which is not true, and then laugh about it too. The guy that answered then told his coworkers he didn’t want to talk to me and hung up the phone. I was already a little aggravated that I couldn’t get my wife the ice cream she’s been wanting but I understand that you can’t control cleaning machines and staffing issues. This behavior towards a customer over the phone however is completely uncalled for. My sister in law also stopped by on her way home from work to get it for her and they told her it would be tomorrow until it’s up again. I would’ve been fine with that answer which would have took him 5 second to tell me but hanging up on a customer is just completely rude and uncalled for. This employee needs to learn to show some basic human decency. And when I tried to call back it doesn’t even ring, just goes to a message about their voicemail not being set up.

Good Food, Great service

Excellent juicy cheesy and messy Philly cheese steak for a great price

It would have been better if the hotdog bun had been warmed. It was hard on both ends
