We were there maybe 10 minutes or more walked in sat down at a table and nobody even tried to wait on us it is like they didn't even see us and that is unacceptable. I love Waffle House I've never been to a waffle house I didn't like until today these people don't know what customer service is and they weren't busy there was nobody in there. You what I don't understand is that there wasn't any on the greal and they had to see us come.

Went on New Years day so it was busy as to be expected. The server was wonderful despite the lack of employees that day.

Called in to place a to go order and the voice recorder message said they are no longer taking to go orders and to visit and sit in. Not sure why they no longer take to go orders. Possibly a staffing issue. Recently, this waffle house added a 20% tip to all to go orders for staff on the bill so it can’t be a tipping issue.. Dinning hall and counter area could use a good makeover. Wagon wheel Congratulations you’re going to get more business.
