“I ordered a cake for my Daughter’s birthday that was gluten, egg and nut free and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter we so excited to finally get to eat a real birthday cake. It made the day extra special. Most of the other bakeries I spoke with couldn’t accommodate making a cake with substitutes within the timeline I was hoping but Shawn was able to help make this happen. We can’t wait to come back and try her other treats!“

“Highland Coffee Station is the hidden gem of Madison County. I have yet to be disappointed. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff is polite and expedient. Empanadas A1, OJ A1 Brown butter cookies A1 Pumpkin Spice cake A1 Bourbon pecan bars A1. Don’t even get me started on the beverages. The coffee is great but my absolute favorite is the London Fog. If you are looking for something hot to sip and mildly disassociate. That would be my number one recommendation!“

“You can’t go wrong with the AMAZING pound cakes! So far, Ive had the vanilla, almond and last, but not least, turtle! The cakes are delicious and worth every penny. Not only can you have the cake shipped to you, its FAST!! The customer service is above and beyond as well. Highly recommend.“

Pecan honey bar: ask to have it warmed. Very rich. Good taste but mostly just tastes like honey.
Breakfast chorizo burrito: very good! Sausage has a strong taste, highly recommend.
Chocolate croissant: has chocolate on the inside, light and fluffy croissant. Very tasty.
Breakfast croissant: fresh and light. The tomato gave it a good fresh taste. If you want a light breakfast but filling, this is recommend.
Strawberry flavor in the latte was a huge hit with my party.
I wish they had some of the patties cut in half to see what the inside looked like, such as the eclair. ITS HUGE!
Fast pace environment like most coffee shops right downtown. Plenty of seating inside and a few seats outside if you want to tan in the direct sunlight.“
