What a sweet little find in Marshall NC!! We just moved to Marshall (from Weaverville) and stumbled on the best little coffee shop. I had the honey lavender latte and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to go back.

We were looking for a good local coffee shop, not a Starbucks, that was open on Sunday morning out in the country. Good coffee, roasted by another shop in Mars Hill. Good enough to buy a bag.

I recently moved into the area and I'm so glad that I discovered this little gem! I have enjoyed the sausage and egg empanada, spinach & feta croissant, pumpkin loaf and their coffee so far and i can't complain about anything! It's a quaint little place. I really love that they promote local businesses and artists as well. I will definitely come back.

A very cute place and very community oriented. I enjoyed looking around while waiting for our drinks. Empanadas were delicious. My matcha was a tad bitter, but that's common everywhere that focuses on coffee, but has tea options.

Highland Coffee Station is the hidden gem of Madison County. I have yet to be disappointed. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff is polite and expedient. Empanadas A1, OJ A1 Brown butter cookies A1 Pumpkin Spice cake A1 Bourbon pecan bars A1. Don’t even get me started on the beverages. The coffee is great but my absolute favorite is the London Fog. If you are looking for something hot to sip and mildly disassociate. That would be my number one recommendation!

The veggie empanadas here are soooo yummy!!! My current obsession 😍 they have great coffee and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I'm glad I found this little coffee shop on my way to work. Now it's a party of my daily routine

Howdy Pardn’rs, your on your way to Hot Springs or on the way from, STOP at Highland Station for some fantastic coffee, empanadas, Pinwheels. One of my favorite, places. This Waystaion, yeh reminds me of the stagecoach days is a must. . I would have called it Pony Espresso.

Delicious and inventive seasonal coffee and pastries. A well balanced espresso. Outside seating and parking are available. A worthwhile quick stop.
