Mad Co specializes in beer and pizza. Both are fresh and excellent. Te kitchen is open so you can watch them prepare the food. The bartendress was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, the history of Mad Co, and their efforts to recover from hurricane Hellene. It was quiet for an early Saturday evening because Marshall, NC is still recovering from Hellene. If you are in the area, stop by for a beer or two, some pizza, and help everyone there continue to recover from the devastation. Everyone we met were pleasant and appreciative for us to be there. God bless and take care.

The pizza here is phenomenal! I got the fig caramelized onion pizza and it was hands down the best non traditional pizza I’ve ever had! The live music and outdoor patio was so fun for an evening out with my partner and our dogs!

I realize these places in Marshal are just getting their feet wet again. But one more employee behind the bar would have changed alot of folks evenings last night. Waiting to order food no big deal. But having to get back in that same line to get another beer prevented me from ordering another one. Which could actually make the bar more money. Food was good,not great. But certainly not bad. It took a long time. We waited in line 40 minutes to order and another 40 minutes for our food.
