If you ever want a wonderful wood fired pizza that won't bust the bank. Then this is the place to be! The food is wonderful (meat lovers are my favorite). The staff is friendly, and you can even bring your dogs to the covered patio! If you are a native to Madison County, this beats driving 20 mins to Weaverville to get a big box name pizza from people who don't care if the food is cooked or not. Stop, take a breath, and go to Madison brewing and pizza! I promise you will not regret it. My dad can even eat here because they even have gluten-free pizza crust! On top of other menu items from salads to pretzels! But don't take my word for it. Look at the takeout i brought home for lunch!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pizza crust! The food and drinks are really good. I like the pizzas. I wish they had more selection of cider/champagne/wine. Fantastic beers, delicious pizza and salads, great service, and fun atmosphere! Back deck overlooks the French Broad and is hands-down the best place to drink a beer in Madison County on a warm day! Have also held a baby shower and birthday party and the Mad Co. folks were easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. An awesome establishment!

For an iconic hometown beer and pizza experience, Mad Co consistently delivers! I personally prefer their perfect African IPA, (Anthony is an intuative bar tender, an excellent conversationalist!) and Trivia is above the rest with curated questions researched by super smart real people that we know and love! I highly recommend the cauliflower crust for your pizza 》 you will not be disappointed! 5 stars all around 》 Cheers to Mad Co! We enjoyed the young man Anthomy who we were around and treated us wonderful drinks and everything we felt right at home and enjoyed our selfs we will be back.
Love this place. I frequent it and the being right at the river is so nice. Service has always been good and you can’t beat the beer/pizza.One of my favorite places in Marshall!
Tonight I called in to order 3 pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread and was told you are forcing a 20% gratuity on takeout orders of 4 pizzas or more... And the garlic bread is counted as a pizza.I really have a huge problem with being *forced* to pay a gratuity for a small order. This isn't a big group that needed to be waited on.And I always pay a gratuity for takeout anyway but it is proportionally and approproately smaller than a dine in to reflect the labor you save not having to serve drinks at the bar, bring food to our table.If you're resorting to this type of tactic, you have a problem with not compensation your staff appropriately and that's a real shame for them.
