I ride a Vespa from Weaverville to On Your Bike a couple of times per week when my wife and I are in town. The shop is amazing with the best coffee anywhere, served by a very kind and interesting staff. Pastries often accompany the coffee selection and, when I visit at lunchtime, I find the soup and sandwiches to be very tasty. With so many great roads between the two towns, the ride is always fun, but having On Your Bike as a destination makes it perfect.
This place quickly became my weekend go to for a coffee, sweet treat and reading spot. It is an eclectic mix of town folk and cyclists, and its always fun to watch the cyclists roll in from their morning ride. On your bike has the best coffee in town. My espresso is never burnt, it's always dialed in perfectly. They have a good rotating selection of coffees and the seasonal flavors are creative and so well done, like carrot cake latte or latte with rosemary syrup. The staff...
