So bummed! I seek Starbucks everywhere I travel and am always leery when they are in another store. The drinks were made incorrectly but the real slap was being charged $1 for ordering a drink with no ice! We argued with employees and were told if they don’t charge it they get yelled at! What is going on? HQ pay attention.

I have never experienced one friendly person here, I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. My Expresso always has a lingering burnt taste. Going to look for a better place.

Does not know how to make anything right. Asked 5 times what we wanted still didnt make it right. Tried to over charge to switch to a different drink and still didnt make it right. Manager lady in starbucks part very unprofessional, lazy, rude, and like to argue.

Tiffany needs to learn when it's time to gossip with other employees and when not to. I'm literally standing in line and she's talking to the lady in front of me about pay and filling out paper works, then starts her drink, goes down to the other end and starts to talk to her again and I'm just sitting here waiting on their girl time chat to get over with before I can finally get service. And.. they had no cold brew.
