It was obvious from the moment I walked in the door the employee working did not want to be there. Really terrible attitude, she didn’t even have to speak her face said at all. and didn’t bother to tell me the drink machine wasn’t working until after I bought the combo. With so many people out of work in the western North Carolina area they can do better.

We were exceptionally glad we chose this Subway as our dinner tonight! The employee's name was TJ, and he made our visit absolutely perfect! The subs were exactly as ordered, took no time at all, and he was the perfect mixture of respectfulness and entertainment! We will come here as often as possible, hoping to be lucky enough to be taken care of by TJ!

Went in today and only 1 person was there with people wrapped to the door and all in the lobby and they just kept coming in while we was eating and the lady working just kept smiling and clearly over exhausted knocked the lines out. Not sure her name but this was around 1pm and that was probably the best sub I have ever got there. Whoever runs marshall needs to give her a raise and keep her because that's ridiculous to schedule 1 person like that and she nailed it but that amount day in and day out eventually will run a employee off.

I was going to have lunch here, but when I walked in, no employees were there. I completely understand employees needing breaks, so I waited for the employee to return. She walked in from outside and came around behind the counter. After touching her face she started pulling the papers that my sandwich was going to be built on out without putting gloves on. She asked me with contempt "what can I get you?" I told her "you know what, nevermind. If you can't even bother to wash your hands when you come in from outside, I don't want a sandwich here."

My daughter, husband, and I just stood waiting for 10 minutes, while the girl who worked there stood in the dining area arguing over her domestic problems with another woman. When she notices we are there she proceeds to get even louder never said a word to us!! I literally am in disbelief to what we just experienced! How disrespectful and completely unacceptable!
