Amazing service, staff was amazing and respectful, i had my kids with me and we all know how little ones are, they took there time with them to make sure they had a great experience and got what they wanted, thank you so much my family will be back, very clean everything looked fresh and tasted amazing

Stopped to use the restroom. My elderly mother rushed into the restroom. The workers were exceptionally rude. We decided to leave because of their attitude. I will make a point to avoid this location.

I completely understand only wanting paid customers to use the restroom.. but even after I made a purchase. The guy slammed the door as I was walking out of the restroom..
completely unacceptable! I have managed a subway for years in many locations and this one by far is a complete failure! Subway store # 31792-0 Marshall, NC

I walked in and wanted a sandwich but had to use the bathroom and they would not let me use the bathroom until I ordered my sandwich. Then when I paid for my sandwich it was $3 more than what was on the menu They did not correct it Or apologize Just told me I was out of luck. Very rude made the experience horrible The sandwich Was pretty good Once I took it to my car And ate it But For 14 I would have much rather gone someplace local that would have appreciated my business People with these kind of attitudes In customer service Are ruining This type Of business

They do not allow paying customers to use the bathroom, even if you are traveling with small children. I would not recommend stopping here for a meal or anything else.

No restroom while serving food. Health code violation. Shut it down. I guess employees just go in their pants
