The ice cream was good. I ordered the smallest size but i think its way too much. It would be great to have smaller options as well. The smallest size could easily serve 2-3 people. The ice cream was served really fast and the staff was very friendly.

I love Andy’s. The menu takes some getting used to. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I wish they had salted cocktail peanuts. Chocolate ice cream with marshmallow topping and cocktail peanuts is heavenly. Deserves to be on the menu!

The ice cream was great but we won't be back. We were going to sit on the bench outside and enjoy the nice weather but the music playing not appropriate for our 9 and 10 year old daughters. Very explicit language. Words they had not heard until then. Not edited at all and it was so loud that we had to hear it all the way back to our car. It was my fault for not realizing this was not a family friendly establishment.

If your buying a cup from this place just get a small, trust me. They only fill up the cups 3/4 of the way and the only thing you’re paying for is the bigger cup not a bigger portion. Other than that this place is okay, the ice cream is pretty good, it is pretty expensive for what you get tho and the workers are not the very best. I am glad I tried it, I wouldn’t buy from here again tho 😅

Mostly a great experience, except my concrete and sundae that I ordered was mostly melted when we received it in the drive through. Of course, if it’s melted when we get it, it was super melted by the time we got home. Tasted fine though!

Employees had a sign at the walk-up window stating that orders would only be accepted through the drive-thru. Walked back to my vehicle to go through that way only to be greeted with a hand written closed sign and two teenage employees smugly staring at us through the glass over an hour prior to the listed closing time. Totally unacceptable service from a place that charges nearly $10 for a mediocre ice cream.

I grew up on gooey butter cake and was so excited to see Andy's is doing a gooey butter cake special. Unfortunately, we have no Andy's near us in SW Charlotte, so we made the trek to the Matthew's location to give them a try for the first time.

I was going to get two pints to go. The guy working rang me up, but then thought to go look. Nope, they were out, he said they had not made any last night. He offered a concrete instead. So I said okay after inquiring the difference - definitely helped in explaining.

He told me it was $17 and some change. I thought that was really high when I paid, but then I see him bringing out two concretes. I guess he assumed I wanted two because I wanted two pints. I should have inquired when he told me the price, so I took both after he had made them. Just a miscommunication and understanding on our parts.

I get home and see I'm actually charged $21 and some change. As I see the menu now, I was charged the right amount for what I got. What likely happened was that he rang in the pints, told me that amount, but then realized he needed to change it to concretes without telling me. I'm fine with paying the right price, I just want to be told about it as it comes across as deceiving when I see being charged a different amount - no receipt was given or offered.

Last issue - only one person working. He was helping me at the walk-up while also working to help the drive-through at the same time. So it was very slow going even though he was working as hard as he could, making you feel bad for the guy.

The concrete was great, and I wish I could have had it in pints as advertised, but improvements could be made to make experiences better to get to 5 stars.

Excellent frozen custard, but wow, expensive. Staff was polite, but in my opinion they were _too_ generous with the ingredients in their Concrete (similar to a Blizzard or McFlurry), i.e., the ratio of soft serve to stuff added in was off. I wanted to appreciate their frozen custard more! Very limited parking on site, but a huge shopping center parking lot is a stone's throw away.

Every time we come here we can’t get a waffle cone with a scoop… why??? No one seems to be able to explain.

Anyways, I was able to buy a waffle cone SEPERATELY, and then add the custard to it myself 😅😅 Customer service.

My main complaint is we can’t order at the drive-thru menu, or ask questions at the drive thru menu that will help us decide. It’s not until you arrive at the drive thru window, that you can ask questions which sometimes they don’t know the answer to.
One young lady told us to drive around if we wanted to look at the menu because they didn’t have a printed menu.

Ice cream was good but the service sucked. I wanted a large ice cream and received a small. I didn't want to make a scene because it was busy so I just left
